Elisa was beyond amazing! Exceptional customer service. We had a few bumps while trying to catch our check but she made sure to do anything in her power to be able to solve the problem ! She’s very beautiful & friendly! I would definitely recommend this place to friends & family!

Elisa provided premium service and walk me through all the steps to make sure I was helped! Location is un assuming but the staff are always ready to help the minute you step in!

Customer Service meets new heights with Lili—she runs a very tight ship, but ensures that every possible avenue has been attempted before giving up. I’ve seen her at practically every part of the day, and she’s always got the same purposeful aura—never annoyed, judgmental, or cold. She’s quick, to the point, and, sparingly, kind. She often is held far beyond closing time—but does so without flinching. We can all learn a thing or two about work ethic from Lili. 5 stars, all the way.

This was my first visit ever to a check cashing store and I truly expected the worse as I was cashing a large check drawn from chase Bank that chase themselves refused to cash due to the amount, I was greeted by Elisa 😀 who proved me wrong of my expectations she was very friendly very knowledgeable and very helpful as she processed my check and cashed it for me in a very reasonable time and refused a cash tip that I tried to leave for her 😳 I was shocked as she stated they do not accept tips and service is with a smile, I would definitely recommend 👍🏻 the check cashing store to anyone that has a need to cash a check and I will myself return to this location without a doubt. Thank you very much for the outstanding 💯 customer service that’s very hard to find these days.

Wonderful employees, as soon you walk into the door you are being welcome with a Smile by all employees... I goes in and in in less than a minute, Ms Paola, her Manager and her other co-worker are very nice, I never experience any problem or delay with any of the 3 ladies. Great service. Went to cash my check for the first time today and I was surprised how easy and quick it was. Paola was very friendly and very helpful. Will be coming here every week to cash my checks.
