I have been coming to this Value Pawn for a few years and for my experience it is the best Value Pawn shop in Miami. The employees are very courteous, friendly and professional. Miriam always goes above and beyond to assist you. They always call if you're behind on your payment so you don't loose your pawned item. And they take in consideration frequent good customers when pricing out your item to pawn. They also have good quality items for sale which you can put on layaway. I definitely recommend this particular location.

They provided excellent service and helped me every step of the way. They are very welcoming and friendly. They made the service a pleasure and will definitely return.

The experience here is fair, quick, and overall amazing. I was able to pawn my Xbox Series X here Twice, the second time around took me a bit longer to get back because of a dire situation due to family. I called them and let them know the situation, they understood, and gave me additional time to be able to pay back the loan. Overall amazing store and amazing people.
