My sister and I started at another credit union, but the branch was so unwelcoming we abandoned that option before even making it to a banker. CMCU, however, was great from the start. The check-in was clear. As we waited in the cute seating area for a banker, we watched the personable tellers interacting so pleasantly with their clients. Then... Reggie Jolly showed up. What a fantastic experience! Reggie was professional and fun, explained everything very clearly, and helped my sister choose the right accounts. So I'll be back asap to move my own credit union business to CFCU.

I had a great experience this morning with Emrah. I came in to get replacement debit card (due to fraud). Ebrahim not only greeted me with a pleasant smile and a warm demeanor but he gave me Excellent customer service by providing additional information on opening a business account. Which these days is very rare to find. I will definitely ve back to the Merrill branch!

I would like to recognize Brittany at the Arlington Branch in Jacksonville, Florida. First, for welcoming me at the door of credit union, on Saturday, Easter weekend. Then for helping resolve some tax paperwork issues at her desk. Once that was finished Brittany helped resolve some computer issues patiently and explained how to solve them the next time it happens.
