    This place is flat out a waste of time. Every time I have been here, (today being the 4th), I am told after waiting for the same lady’s longer than an hour lunch break which always occurs after 2 pm that they DO NOT HAVE THE CASH. Today’s check was only a $400.00 Money Order. The lone employee said that they needed to save the cash they had for people requesting Payday Loans. Don’t bother wasting your time at this armpit of a store with even less memorable staff and service. Let me save you the time, frustration and inevitable head shaking disappointment, you’ll thank me later and you are welcome.

    Excellent service. Trust worthy. The woman working in the afternoon on 5/3 was very helpful. Great manners, and she took the time to solve my concern. She had great attitude and was amazing.

    This place is a NO GO for anyone looking for real help. Terrible grimy service, CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Also made a # of fake 5 Star posts to make their business look better. What a joke. If I could give 1 star I would.

    They are only open for 5 hours today and when I walked up there was a sign 30 mins to closing saying “they will be back”. The lady was standing INSIDE!!! What a joke

    "CHECK INTO CASH DOES RANDOM HARD HITS ON YOUR CREDIT AND THEN TELLS YOU IT HAS TO BE HANDLED THROUGH THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. I HAD TWO IN TWO MONTHS FOR NO REASON ......DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Business hours are all over the place ... online times reflect differently than what’s placed on the door. Computer crashes seemingly daily for hours and it was recommended that we return three days later . Customer service wise there’s a young lady with glasses that is very sweet and helpful, another with long brown hair that tried to do all she could to help, and then there’s the African American girl who was very rude and not at all helpful. She seriously needs to work on her customer service skills.

    I have been borrowing from Check into Cash on and off for the last three years. Found out that every time I borrow from you, you do a credit check. You guys basically lower my credit every time I borrow from you, so I will no longer use your services unless I’m absolutely desperate.

    This place charged me 600% for a one week loan. Advance America acrossed the street in the Big Lots parking center blows this place away in price and service!
