Great staff! Jackie in particular is very accommodating and nice and professional. But overall the staff is fantastic! Sucks to have to use these loans, but this is probably the best place to go if you have to!

This store went downhill as soon as Crystal left. The customer service at this store sucks. No communication within some of the employees... & they can't follow up with a customer which is the most frustrating of them all. I actually followed up with someone about the service like 2 months ago ... Nancy is the only one there who always does an excellent job. She knows her customers very well, always great attitude & phenomenal customer service. This store isn't the same as it was and I have been a customer for more than a couple years ago. I wouldn't be suprised to hear this store is losing customers due to this issue with their new workers.
