We had the pleasure of working with West Coast for a loan payoff and were extremely happy with their fast turnaround time and responsiveness. I'm not sure why there are others who had bad experiences, I've worked with many similar companies and can say these guys were great, respectful, responsive and got the job done fast! Highly recommend them.

If you are interest in an action against West Coast Servicing Inc and have written a review expressing an interest, you have not left a contact point. So, how can one get a hold of you? I'm on fb. No review for those that steal from homeowners by fraud and manufactured assignments.

West Coast Servicing is not an ethical company. They have deceptive business practices and lie about their customers' payments. They tried to say I did not make a single payment on my loan for over a year and put my home in foreclosure. I am looking for anyone else interested in joining the Class in a Class Action Lawsuit against them for predatory and abusive lending practices.

Terrible! They have been harassing, and saying no payments have been made. Disgusting.

I was working with a client who needed to try and settle his 2nd mortgage with West Coast Servicing. I worked with them and they were amazing! They put up with all of my questions and my difficult client who had high expectations. They were very honest and open and helped us through the process which is so appreciated. Hello I have experience the deceptive business practices and falsity about payments on my account by West Coast Servicing. I have discovered other issues dealing with this company and yet to find any assistance or resolution to these issues. I question the authenticity and validity of West Coast fiduciary practices. I live in Georgia and am unsuccessful in receiving any cooperation or an return call from anyone (in which their voicemail states to leave a message but later in the recording proclaims that your call will not be returned) about my account. West Coast Servicing customer service is obsolete and anyone to consult with about your account is nonexistence. I am interested in any actions taken against West Coast and wondering if anyone is experience these issues.

They are deceptive, unethical, unprofessional with predatory lending practices. They will scam you.

They don't deserve one start. Is there a zero? Predatory lending practices, unethical, unprofessional. A bunch of crooks and liars, greedy vultures. Avoid at all costs. How does this company even exist?
