Check Into Cash Ball Rd, Cypress

I had a horrible customer service. By Stephanie She was defiant. Rude. And very irritating in her mannerism. Her name is Stephanie And she had me wait 40 min when no one else was even there she was on a personal. All with her husband She is the worst experiance I had in customer's service I told her I was not new that all information should be in file and it was all there. She still was a typical rude and was not at all customer friendly could be she is unhappy with her job. Never in my life Have I ever experiance such rude behavior and It was a good 45 min all together , it was one thing is to find another cashing place . She was taking her time deliberately There was no other Cutomers just me . It was like she had deep.issues inside her own character . Truth is she will lower attendance there , so just to let you know it was the worst experiance ever in my life uNecessary type customer service very controlling additude . Asking personal question too. Please give her review so she can straighten up.

Rosie is very friendly,professional and went the distance to get me a loan. Have used her services more than once,highly recommended for those emergency loans one needs from time to time!

Rosemary has given outstanding customer service at this particular location(Moody & Ball Rd). However there is a serious disclaimer than I wanted to make. I wanted to be very clear that I am somewhat disappointed on how the Corporate Office keeps changing and relocating the Managers from this Check into Cash location. What happens is that the district manager (along with the corporate office would place a Manager at this particular location. That Manager(Man or Woman) would then get a lot of customers into that branch. The customers would then grow attached to that particular manager and at that point; Corporate office would transfer them out of that location. This is been going on for years and quite frankly; it is becoming annoying. We (the customers) LOVE the professional customer service that Rosemary provides for us. WE(THE CUSTOMERS) DO NOT want to see her be transferred to ANY other Branch, and to remain at this location (Ball and Moody Rd). Respectfully, Damian Jelks (Long time customer)

The place is all right but the fee is expensive if you don't have account set up with them it's around $28 to cash my refund check that's way above normal very expensive
