First time I ever got a check that's not direct deposit so first time I cashed a check and Lina who is awesome nhelped me out. Love her great attitude and is willing to help out. I felt bad for coming 3 minutes before they closed but Lina was more than happy to help. 6 out of 5 stars for her.

Normally I would give this location 5 stars but for the experience today I had. I have to give 2 stars because of the girl named Vivi. I was there today at 1:20 pm and they were closed, they reopen at 1:50pm. Came in at 2:15pm and got help by Vivi. Only she working there. I did my transaction on the app like usually and just need to pay at this location. She asked for my ID and she said my ID does not match exactly on my account because of missing the middle name. She gave me a freaking hard time for not having the middle name on it. When I signed up WU put middle as optional and I did not put in it. I cannot change it on the app. I told her I never had any problems before. She told me to called WU to sort everything out. Anyways I don’t have time to write the whole situation on here because it would be too long. She has non experience, slow, and not helpful at all. Luckily I went to other location and everything is going thru smoothly. I don’t know why was she so hard on me for not having my middle name on my account. My first and last name is matching and my address is matching also. It’s not like my first or last name is not matching on my ID. Vivi! I don’t think this job is right for you. Please consider another job.

Amazing!! Let me start by saying how nervous I was getting a loan for my current situation, but being a first time and being such sort notice they called me and asked if I need assistance and I absolutely did!! I believe it was Vivi. She was a huge help helping me step by step on what do to and see if qualified and so on. I believe she told me she was new but I felt like she was a pro 😅. I believe people just have to be patient when it comes to new workers they are trying their absolute best when it comes to trying something they are not use to but hey she’s getting it down and grateful that she was put in my path as she helped and kept a smile on the entire time she gets a five star from me patience is key 🔑. You keep it up girl!
