Check Into Cash Alicia Pkwy, Mission Viejo

My experiences at Check into Cash have always been positive, however the level of service went from good to outstanding since Mario came on board. If I’ve needed a loan or money order the process and service is simple and friendly. Additionally, Mario gave me tips on how to improve my credit score and it has gone UP 50 points in the past year (still going up). What a great business man and human being! No other check cashing place can compare to this! Thanks from Christine

This place is awful. Whoever is working today 10/18 just flat out refused to cash my check. NO reason as to why. Isn't that her only job? Stay far away.

The Worst Western Union Center!!! Was about to Send Money to another City in California and There Fee's are way to High!!! So opt out for Money Order which they said they have but it's Broken! It's the same excuse as the last time....Customer Service was also in Question, They should Explain in Details on Why Can't they do some Services, This is NOT a Western Union Standards!!! Bring your Business to another Locations !!!

Great service! The gentleman that helped me out (wish I remembered his name) was super nice and even stayed 10 min passed closing to finish up my transaction.

I love this check into cash location in mission Viejo. Louis and Mario ( hope I got there name right lol) are always super friendly,fast and helpful. I've been going here for maybe a year and love the service, the best.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!! If your applying for a payday loan don't come here they are very unprofessional the manager and employee were very rude!!! I brought all the necessary documents for a payday loan that are required and still they wanted six more forms of identification for proof of address it was so ridiculous. I felt since they were closing soon they didn't want to process my application worst experience I've ever had at 8 payday check-cashing business.

Short on rent or just need a little extra cash these guys are always here for you! Even if you feel embarrassed walking in you walk out with a smile. They never judge you and are so nice every time!

This place is a joke!! Jump through the hoops for a measley $300??? No thank you!! And that "Uncle Tom" chump that works there is a toad,... came all the way there only to have him tell me that I need more paper work!!!
