Payday Money Centers - Lake Forest Forest

So it all started in March of 2020. My employer laid us off, and I was waiting for unemployment assistance. * Payday Money in Lake Forest came in like a saving grace * Andrea & her team are very helpful. Willing to work with you, but don't abuse it. Once unemployment assistance arrived, They were patient & didn't tac on any late fees. They just understood the hard times.

They have always been a great place to do money transactions for me. No issues and always workable solutions. My only complaint is I cannot repay by phone or online but other than that staff is awesome and they have all the up to date technologies for a fast process. They are always open even on Sundays!

I’ve gone here the last couple time to buy money orders and send money to my family. I’ve always gotten the best customer service . Andrea the manager always answers any questions or concerns I might have. The team there is awesome !!!

I have been coming to this location for years and they are great ! Andrea, Adriana, Mayra and Alex have all helped me they are all so nice and professional I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I have been coming to this payday center for a good time now and they have always been so koo. Responsive, kind, helpful, go out of the way to accommodate your needs. They just don’t value your dollar they value your needs.

Have been going there for years whether it is for a money order or to cash a check. The staff there is soo lovely. They do have to follow standard procedures but if you comply it shouldn't be a hassle. Thanks you all for your amazing customer service.

The woman and man were extremely rude and shady. Their company policy Are trash and so are they. Obviously if you are visiting this place you are down on your luck. You don’t need to be belittled over trying to make good Go anywhere else but here for a loan

I have been going to them off and on for 2 years always paid them and kept communication going. At all Times.I could not make my reg.pmt but offered to make smaller pmt.of what I could afford.the manager refused to take my pmt. And is going to send it to collections.This is not right. It is not like I am not trying.I have some issues that could not be helped..I could of paid it off on July 14th.Paid in full.Now it is going to cost me more money.This is not correct.and will take further action.I can not believe that I have done business for 2 years etc.and this is how they treat somebody who is doing the best theycan under the circumstances.

"We don't know you" trash company Western union is down too, doesn't cash money orders. Fraud business.
