I have worked with many loan brokers and lenders over the years. None have come close to the service and attention I have received from Jeff at First Rate Lending. Not only is Jeff great to work with, he was also able to offer better rates than others I had worked with previously. I was so happy with the service and rates I received from Jeff and First Rate Lending for a previous refinance of my mortgage that I am using them again on a home purchase loan.
