Check Into Cash Merrimac Trl, Williamsburg

Jacqueline was very rude and unprofessional. She clearly made mistake when she stated that she manual put my payment in and it was returned from my checking account indicating insufficient funds. She was very assure of her self that that was the action she took on my account. I called corporate and was called back the next day by the Regional Manager, Mr. Albright. He agreed that Jacqueline mishandled my account. I went to the store to share my concerns with her and show my evidence, she didn't want to hear it. She complained of no order of files and she had to do the work all herself. She said she wasn't interested in what I wanted to say and she felt as if I was ATTACKING HER! WOW...That's how some characterize a situation to get the upper hand when they are wrong. Unfortunately, she said her Regional Manager Albright sided with her over me. I paid the adjusted payment and will close out my account very soon with final payment. JACQUELINE told me I needed to pay my bills on time yet she's the one who made the mistake on my account but, received support from her boss Mr. Albright... How privileged is that??? Never again...

I want to thank Lance at check into cash in Williamsburg VA.om Merrimack trail. Also the people who work there. They are very professional in what they do and I recommend everyone who needs. Loan to go there. Lance is an asset to the company. Again I want to thank him for his professionally work the quality and resonce I received . Thank you again.

Hello I AM RACHEL P , I have been a customer with check n to cash here in Williamsburg, va for over a year now . LANCE and Ms ANGELA have been so good to me ! They are quick and they get you in and out . They also are very friendly and they love having conversations while waiting . I would not go to any other place but check n to cash ! Went at 12:50 on a Saturday when they said they close at 1 the door was already closed and locked and looked like it had been for a while dealing with a situation and couldn't get it taken care of

Went into check into cash to get a potential loan for christmas . When i walked in i was greeted by Ms jacqueline. She was very nice and knowledgable . There was even a christmas tree in the store and it was clean which made me feel at home. Def will tell people about this store for sure .

Not a very nice place to go handle your business. I came in to cash a personal check. There was a woman helping me who was obviously training. She was taking a very long time, but I understand the fact that she was training. There were, however, three other ladies in the store who clearly noticed me getting a bit impatient (I had a ride waiting outside) and kept telling each other jokes,laughing really loud and obnoxiously, and hee hawwing all for about a whole twenty minutes before the poor lady training finally asked one of the ladies for some help. If they see a customer is clearly in a rush, and they are not busy with customers, they should come over and help the Employee who is training to get it done faster. I also expressed how I felt about the charge being five dollars along with a two dollar enrollment fee. One of the older heavier women says, "well keep in mind you're paying for convenience" in a very rude and snobby tone. Although I don't have a bank account right now, I do depend on this store because it is closest to my home to cash my checks. But I will not be coming back to this location again. Very rude and unprofessional ladies working in there. If I didn't know any better i would have thought they were drunk on the job. I do not want people of this nature handling my finances.

Went every where possible to try and cash a check that seemed almost impossible to do! Stopped by this place and they made it happen. Lance Wilson the manager was extremely helpful and friendly! Very quiet and well maintained establishment. I will definitely be using this place again in the future. I hope to have Lance help me when I go back! Absolutely satisfied with my experience.

My boyfriend and I walked in, was a very inviting place. Talked to one woman who was very nice, answering our questions. Everything was good and we were going to get the items we needed for the title loan and on the last question, another employee, a woman who was on the phone jumped in and pratically yelled the answer to us. We though it was really rude. We were going to go back to get the loan but what she did was very unprofessional. So they just lost our business.

Excellent customer service, they are not tying to screw you over and will work with you on a case by case basis.
