Hello, I've been an advocate of this specific location for the past two years, in the past customer service was decent, but as soon as you guys hired Tammy Long my perception and outlook changed. Her customer service and eagerness to assist all customers is unmatched, she is truly a blessing to this organization. Whenever I would call, phones were answered, there were no discrepancies from what she said she would do, Ms. Tammy always performed (outperformed) if you asked me and its going to be a sad day as I have just found out that she will be leaving the location. That's going to make a lot of people upset! You guys should have did everything to keep her, she was truly a blessing to this business, me and fellow patrons. She will truly be missed, once I locate where she is going I'm moving my business with her, I will no longer be doing service at this branch.

Their attitudes are so bad! I didn't understand exactly what she meant when she was trying to explain the process. So I asked questions so I would understand better. She got so rude I just asked for my papers back and left. No need to match her tone at all, rude people are the worst.

I was treated like a valued customer by a professional and courteous staff. They made me feel comfortable and reassured. I got the money I needed in just a few minutes. With an established line of credit also. I highly recommend Check into Cash before you try any of financial institution.

Good afternoon, I went into check into cash today they offer me snacks and water off rip , I really appreciate that especially because it was hot and i just got off work. They help me with everything I went in there for I really enjoyed all 4 of the lady's company .. I will be back , and I will bring in other people for the referral program! Thanks once again !

Convenient location and excellent customer Service. Before my visit I called in inquiring information about a loan and I talk to Candace who was very courteous and respectful. When I walked in at my expected time of arrival I was greeted by name with a smile. She processed my paperwork which took about 5 minutes. Once approved, she explained everything in great details and encouraged any questions I had. Pleasant Experience. Highly recommend this location!

When i went in there was a short line but it moved quickly. When it was my turn i was greeted by Candace. She helped me a lot and answered all my questions (I had plenty). She was patient, pleasant, and attentive. Everything went smoothly. I was in and out in no time.

I came into this place and they were extremely nice. They explained the process to me and at first I didn’t get it but then she explained it to me again and I understood. I would definitely recommend this place if you low on cash and need a easy process.

Out of all of the check cashing place in the Hampton area, this was by far the most professional and most organized one! I had a great chat with Roxann while still handling business. The staff members were very warm and personable. Will continue to do business with this location!

I was the only person and it was to women and boy it was horrible. They were on phone conversations the whole time. I didn't know if she was talking to me or her co-worker. It was pretty sad. The lot was completely empty yet I was here for so long I had to sit down and she was clueless of what she was doing.
