I absolutely RECOMMEND and APPRECIATE this establishment. Every time I come here they treat me with respect and kindness. The employees are responsive to my needs and take time to explain to me whatever I may not understand in a manner that I never leave without answers to any of my questions. This location is by far the BEST experience you could hope for!

I have been a customer of checking a cash for over 12 years with that said I come here because of the great location and excellent customer service pleasantry faces that I see every I come in and they know me by my 1st name. Mia amd sharmila at pleasant are absolutely and accommodating an wonderful.

These guys are awesome! I needed a lot of money in a crunch and these guys approval process was quick and easy. Nia was incredibly helpful in breaking down my payments and helping me understand the interest where most places aren’t as transparent not to mention the two ladies that work here had me laughing the whole time super fun and personable not like the DMV type of guys at the other places just doing their jobs. I had a missed payment and these guys were super helpful in working with me too. Would recommend them to anyone in a bind!

Very professional, friendly, funny & gorgeous! Right on time! My new best friends for life, it will take about the rest of it to finish paying this loan off! lol just kidding! You know we curse and criticize loan companies for charging such high interest on these title loans, but who are you going to find to give you money the same day? $2,500 when you need it? Nia is fantastic! She tried her best to help us with cashing in our gift cards, and even though there wasn’t much she could do for us, she gave us as much info and help as she could to find a solution. She super sweet and definitely come back!

Sharmila was AWESOME! Very friendly and super efficient. She explained all of the paperwork that I was signing and explained all of my options. She called me after I submitted an application online and I was able to stop in the same day to get what I needed. During this crazy time of the COVID-19, money has been very tight for me. Horrible, rude, just unpleasant people. They hate there job and don't want to lift a finger to do a simple task or answer a simple question, they advertise on there website they do cash 3rd party checks but yet when i tried to do they said they wont and they never had and when i mentioned there website leading false information she said i was reading it incorrectly so when i showed it to her so she could read it she denied it was real because i must be lying or trying to scam her and told me to leave or she would have me arrested. This women what ever her name might be is just a waste of human life and should not be allowed to work in any type of customer service.

I stop coming here for almost 2 years due to management and the bad customer service.. now customer service is good the manager and her assistant are always friendly and with a smile. The girls go out their way to make everything happen. Thank you for changing management

Nia is the best she was very fast and efficient and I like that because I had other things to do and because of her I was on time and that made my day so thanks Nia for doing a great job
