If you need money, go to advanced America. They allow you to take out a loan online. Cash One doesn't let you do that, but they take the money out of your account. I attempted to get a loan online won't let me do so; then I tried to call to avoid going in they said, "you must have a line of credit." I recommend Advanced America, which allows you to take out a loan online. Their customer service is legit friendly and helpful, in my opinion.

I specifically called beforehand and asked them if they need to verify by phone or do they have another way of verification. They told me that they had their own way to verify. I drove there & waited a whole hour just for them to tell me that they couldn't cash it because the county it was issued from couldn't be reached. Im not mad it didn't get cashed. Im mad that they wasted my time when it could've been avoided

Usually i will go to this location to send money to Mexico since I work in Ellinwood Way but to tell you the truth since I got Julio as customer Service as a second time i will never go back to that location you should take a class before working for any place since your attitude of helping people does not helps at all. For the rest of the team I can say there were awesome but just to go in there and see this guy acting like he has the perfect answers for you the way you treat customers is not the best.

This business is nothing short of rubbing/gouging new customers. They won't even exchange a $20 with out charging you fees.

Staff is nice, and help you with all of your needs, but it doesnt seem like theres enough people working there because almost every time i go there i have to wait

They worked hard in getting my check verified

Bradley was very helpful, but he needed to ask the manager Denise a question regarding a check i was trying to cash from State and she jumped down his throat and was trying to make it seem like i was trying to commit check fraud because when he started to ask the question, she was like what does she do this all of the time, mind you its the first time i have ever tried to cash any kind of check here. He then says that he needs to call the state to verify but they are not open today and before he finishes Denise says do not call anybody, which they are supposed to do to verify a check. So please get Denise proper management training, or give the position to Bradley as he was very customer service friendly.

Our experience at cash 1 pickup was made very pleasant with the help of Helen. She was very patient and helpful while we were trying to send money through western union. Truly an amazing employee.

Do not go here, they literally try to TRICK you out of money.

Very poor customer service I may not go back to this location unless I need it very badly I was trying to get money order ... I was asked so many question and taking lots of my time
