California Check Cashing Stores Monument Blvd, Concord

Don’t go there, it’s a waste of time and money. I went to cash in a check and I was told they would charge me 8$ To cash it on and it was raised to 50$. Would rather just go to a bank.

Don’t go to waste your time there. They often have problems in their system. I wonder why they keep this location open by paying the rent ,expenses and don’t provide business.

the manager evette is very rude and Is very lazy she is very unprofessional -she curses and every time I go cash my checks her husband is always there looking at people while he is eating there. She never wants to help new customers and i have heard her curse words about the job. If she is not happy with her job she should just quit. I have been coming to this location for years and I would not like to stop coming because of one rude lazy employee management please do something about this person

Interesting, according to the website this place is opened, but the place is closed because I’m parked in front , I don’t like wishey washey places lol Then I parked in front I guess it was the manager special spot because I was waiting for them to open she’s like can you move your car please so I can open the store I’m like OK so basically she told me to get out of her parking spot I didn’t know parking spots were validated here on monument I guess she has a thing for Stalin

They use to open at 8:00 am,then 9::00 am, now open at 10:00 am. Gez..

Shout out to young lady working here, Megan, she’s awesome. She’s got a great customer service, she will help you however she knows how. She’s awesome, she hooked me up on cashing my legit check and help my cousin get a loan and told us all we need to know and what to expect. I would recommend her service anywhere. I’m confident that she’s the only one that knows how to cash checks and know her products she sells. Willow pass have some really rude employees.

I used to go to this place a lot when I was younger periods are always fast and easy still with. They're storefronts looking better than ever. I always see a lot of people still going there so I can only imagine that it's still a great place if you need to get your check cashed. I think I went there for years when I was younger. Now that I'm older and far as I have a bank account but when you don't that's the place to go around here I think. Especially once they get to know you

I've worked with WU for a long time & I know the policies & procedures. Evett who claims to be the manager refused to help with a transaction n blamed it on WU policies. I would never use California check cashing again & I honestly would not suggest it to others because they are lazy n dont want to do the work

Have been coming to the Monument store for at least 15 years. Flawless service, fast and friendly, they know your name. They're the best in the business,bar none!

Love this location, used to live right down the street, very friendly and efficient staff 😊
