California Check Cashing Stores Concord

BEWARE! Severe is extremely slow, they don’t have a clue how to do the job correctly. I wasted 30 minutes of my time just to tell me at the end they could not help. Went somewhere else and the got the job done within a few minutes.

Terrible service. Lady’s that work here need to go back to day 1 of training. Will never come here again. Don’t trust these lady’s with your money! So upset I even have to give 1 star:(

This is one of worst places to get a check cashed at somedays it will take 4 workers 30 mins to see 3 customers I've been told numerous times the bank is just flat out of cash after a teller asks me to sign a check ..I had 1 teller literally ask me why I didnt cash my check sooner wherein responded I was dreading coming into this place

I really think the employees are wonderful, they have soo much rift raft they have to sort out through the day fraud, I’d left etc.etc. I wouldn’t blame them for attitude, but in my 10 yrs of experience as a customer 300 days outta the year, I’ve never once seen an employee be rude to a customer. I seen the employees being screamed at & called all sorts of names, spit at, but still the girls kept themselves professional,

I've been going to the California check cashing on Willow Pass Road for years. Their wonderful culturally diverse staff and management are friendly, professional and always remember my name. And the charges for cashing a check or using their reloadable debit cards are very reasonable. It's the little things like that that keep me from opening up an account at Wells Fargo. I would highly recommend California check cashing.

I have been using this place to cash checks for the last 10 years and I’ve always had great customer service they treat me very very good. I think a lot of these people leave bad reviews just because they have some bogus check to cash or they won’t loan them money because they never paid it back from A previous loan. This company owns a lot of check-cashing throughout the bay area and they are all connected and people do not understand that if you burn one the other one knows. I have always seen them be very helpful and polite to the customers.

I had a great experience I came in right before they closed and everyone was still kind and helpful!

I have been using the services of this business for years. They can be a bit expensive so prudence is justified. The things I like about them is the staff is friendly and the hours are much later than traditional banks. I also like that an ID is not always needed when they have gotten to know you and they will also have a picture of you from previous on their screen. I have used them also for sending money or putting money on a debit card so I can use that card on the web where I feel more comfortable giving out the number knowing my liability is limited.

The workers are very rude and mean for no reason . This place is horrible someone that works there is stealing people checks and mobile depositing them after they cash it at the check center . I went there to cash my work check and it came back as it got direct deposit after I cashed the check there but the funny thing is I have all my bank statements and the check was never deposited inside my bank account awful they have all my personal information the workers there are scam . I cashed the check there on Wednesday and the fraud took place on a Thursday .. PLEASE don’t go there they will steal your information . The mobile deposit my check into a chase account when I don’t even have a chase account .

One of the workers were so slow and kept answering the phone and ignoring us for the whole time and accused us of having a fake check and giving a fake phone number work we waited 2 hours for nothing would not recommend at all.
