    I would like to take a moment and share the wonderful experience I had when I went to Check into Cash in Richmond CA. It had already started out to be a rough day. Nothing seemed to go right. From work, to the kids, even my husband was working my last nerve. So I’m out running errands and I needed to stop in to Check into Cash so I could pay some bills and go grocery shopping! Well I can assure that as soon as I stepped foot inside their establishment, my whole mood changed. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. It really is the little things y’all! The lady could tell I was having one of “those days”, and she quickly and politely assessed my needs and met them right away. Such a pleasant and nice group of people. I left that Check into Cash feeling like new money. And it’s all thanks to someone who went the extra mile to show a little human kindness. I believe it’s contagious because for the rest of the day, my attitude was bright and I was able to share that same happiness with someone else. Thanks Check into Cash!

    They are friendly face to face. They work with you if you cant make it in for a payment. but my only complaint is that they are not friendly on the phone.

    I have been coming to this store for years and have always been treated with great customer service. Every time. Some people have come and gone but even then the main people who run the store have always been awesome. If you need a loan come to this store and they will help you. They are awesome and they are my main store. Wouldn’t do to anyone else unless I can’t make it. But please give this store more business they are better than you know.
