I really like coming to this location because everyone is always so nice specially esmeralda shes very helpful and never have issues like in other places.

I have taken out several payday loans from many different business'. I am BEYOND IMPRESSED with this place. My last two experiences have been handled by the girl who works there named GIZZELLE(spelled???).. She was so professional but also very personable. Im going through a very stressful time in my life right now and for myself , when a complete stranger takes the time to show me such kindness as she did (BOTH TIMES!) it really means alot to me. She was efficient in serving me quickly but was friendly, geniunely seemed to care about helping others, she smiled and was so patient in explaining all the details whuch can be often overwhelming. All the orher places dont do that. They rush you through like cattle just in a hurry to get you out. Not her. I loved her. I would highly reccommend that if she isnt already being considered for a corporate position...she soon will be. This is exactly the kind of customer service that us older folks miss in the business' now days. But not only was it just Gizzelle..a new guy JORGE was a pleasure as well. And he didnt even really do my loan. He greeted me as i entered the store. So happy and cheerful. Happy to listen to my explanation in needing more time to go get the full amount i needed to repay my last loan. He was so nice to me and even allowed me an extra day to come back and repay without direct withdrawl which would then not allow me to pay off the present lian and immediately take out a new one. This really saved me ALOT OF PROBLEMS. ....THESE 2 ARE A BLESSING TO MY LIFE AND MY HEART. MOST PEOPLE GENUINELY DONT CARE OR EVEN FAKE THAT THEY DO. IM SO THANKFUL TO HAVE FOUND A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE SO HAPPY AND APPEAR TO REALLY CARE AND VALUE THE PLACE WHERE THEY WORK. I BELIEVE WHEN SOMEONE MAKES YOUR DAY YOU TELL THEM. AND WRITE REVIEWS SO THEIR BOSS CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE WHEN HE/SHE ISNT AROUND. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ARE TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE PEOPLE THAT ARE GOOD TO OTHERS WORKING REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS. I WILL CONTINUE TO RECCOMMEND THE CHECK INTO CASH NATIONAL CITY LOCATION TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR YEARS TO COME. Everyone is always pleasant and if I can’t make it on time they will push for one more day.

This place doesn't deserve a star at all too much to cash a check pay 20$ for cashing a check I don't even get 20$ for hour lol and then the guy said because of the signature is cheap they charge more

The ladies were sweet and nice to me and my daughter when I came in to sign up. The only problem is that I had to go to lemon grove area since I don't have a cellphone to verify and I'm only using a land line. I still recommend the place, but if your not using a cellphone like I am then I don't recommend it.

Staff is fun and conversational with their customers like they've been friends for years, makes them feel at home.

They don't know what they're doing. No one is properly trained including the manager

Not very helpful people they have attitude and not friendly, I'm not coming back to this place nor recommending to people that i know
