Lupita was extremely helpful with my online account. I got a new debit card and my loan didn't process so when I called to find out the process of removing my old debit card to my new one she helped guiding me with detailed instructions. She gave me the option to pay it but did advice me that if I didn't make payment it would process through my bank account on my next pay period. I choose to pay it right away and she was wonderful and sweet . Kudos to Lupita for all her help and kindness=)
