Diana was very informative and kind, friendly made me feel comfortable for my first visit... If I run into a bind in the future I will definitely use Monte de Piedra in national city again.

This place is absolutely the worst. They closed for COVID I went to the plaza Blvd store to try and pay on my account 4 times. Unfortunately I was not able to. They said there systems was in the process of being linked... Someone finally contacted me last week Thursday & asked me to come in on the 7-15. Just to find out I have to pay ( first it was $803, then she said half $401.50 and she turns around and says NO it’s $815 in interest to keep my jewelry. I asked Ana the associate if they could give me an extension, even begged her and she told me flat OUT NO. Even requested to talk to the manager. She couldn’t do anything for me. All I needed was 2 weeks because I started a new job since my job closed down indefinitely. All she was worried about was getting there money. I sent them so much business! Take my advice don’t ever pawn sh** here....

I always go to Monte de Piedad at Highlandi. And of course I like Miss Ana to assist me coz she's so fast, she's so frenly and professional!

They are rude. Completely crazy on their offer prices. They offered me $100 on an item that was 14k 6 grams with diamonds. I got $300 at Roberto’s Jewelry Pawn across the street and they were super friendly!!!!

Young guy behind the counter was very nice we selected a necklace in 50% off section and were quoted a pice. We said we would take it but when we went to pay we were told by manager Gregory that the necklace shouldn’t have been in that section and would not honor the price we were given wanting to charge and extra $300. Go somewhere else poor management

Never had such worst customer service... when in there to look for some jewelry both employees on shift were completely ignoring us for 30 minutes... while they pretended to shuffle paper the whole time and just waited to we left.... we weren’t even greeted..
