Customer service is ok I kind of feel uncomfortable sometimes in there when the younger girl is working like she looks down on me or something the older lady is very sweet and helpful though. Oh and I wouldn’t ask someone to do a review after you make someone put those dumb masks on and can’t even give a reason why we need them. All and all place isn’t bad older lady is great the younger woman though should really look into something else if seeing people down on their luck bothers you people have enough to deal with last thing they need is some loan place worker with their nose up at them.

After not being able to complete my loan online due to technical issues, I choose to go to an actual Advance America store here in San Diego. Bea Ibarra was my customer representative and she was able to cut the “ Red Tape” and got my money deposited to my account within 5 minutes of arriving. Great to have an actual person to fix a problem with great customer service! I’ll reccomend this location and
