5 stars isn’t enough for this specific establishment and it’s all due to the amazing staff they have working there! Every time I’ve went into there I’ve been greeted as soon as I walk in everyone has always been really friendly they ask how I’m doing and are also very professional I get taken care of fairly quick and they’ve always been accurate when dealing with my transactions! Special thanks to all the staff but especially the 2 ladies I see the most Annie and Jovanna because if it wasn’t for there customer service and genuine kindness I would go elsewhere. So thank you to them! Keep up the good/hard work!

The staff is friendly and very fast to cash my check. Fees are the best and never had any issues with them. they keep the place clean and organized . Very professional.

I sometimes use western union services here and they staff is always friendly and professional. I needed to send some money today and Jovanna S. was T.C.B. (taking care of business) She pulled up my account and had me out of there quickly, feeling good about the safety and security of my money. I will be back to this location.

I had a title loan. The car was totaled in an accident. I was informed by the store manager that Check Into Cash waives the remains balance after they received a payment from the auto insurance company. A couple months later, I received a letter stating we owe the money. The store manager spoke with someone at corporate and had informed them of their error. ALMOST A YEAR LATER I AM GETTING CALLS SAYING IT WAS SENT TO COLLECTIONS FOR NONPAYMENT AND THE AMOUNT HAS INCREASED!!! GET IT OUT OF COLLECTIONS, FIX MY CREDIT, AND WAIVE THE REMAINING PER YOUR COMPANY’S STATEMENT TO MY THROUGH YOUR STORE MANAGER!!!

Amazing customer service, both ladies were busy but made sure to greet me (and every other customer that came in). Very knowledgeable, reasonable rates and professional... Highly recommend - fast service too :)

The staff are fantastic, a great service for people in need, easy to use. The only thing I don't like is the credit check each time you use it bringing your credit score down 3-5 points. Big difference if you are trying to maintain a good score.

I qualified online early morning and I came in at noon. Not only have I never had better service and felt more taken care of. The manager took care of me personally she isis extremely professional and knowledgeable of her customers.

I go this location all the time and they do a outstanding job. Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place. For the past five years I never had any issues with anything.
