Check Into Cash Hacienda Dr, Vista

Rating is 0 stars because of how super rude the girl at counter was to my husband. He asked what the rate to cash our check was and she responded "its on the board" without even looking at him...she was disrespectful and looked down her nose at us when he asked again..took my check elsewhere.

1st time customer didn't know what to expect. The store's appearance was clean and the staff was welcoming. Store manager explained process with detail making the transaction smooth and easy. It never feels good to borrow money, but she supported my action and assured that confidentiality is her priority.

On a weekday I wouldn't expect a business - especially in finances to be closed in the middle of the day....so off to another local business that is hopefully open on a Wednesday at 2:53 p.m. I usually give 5-star reviews so this is a departure from my Norm

Suzie and the team here are AMAZING. they will take care of you no matter your circumstances and work with you and your schedule as well. They are a shop that actually cares about their customers/people!

Today I had the pleasure of visiting two of their locations, first in Oceanside and then the one in Vista. I needed to cash two checks and my experience was great. Both of the ladies that assisted me were super helpful and friendly! I'll definitely be back for all of my check cashing needs. Top notch customer service!

The worst experience so far! They waste your time without communicating what they need. I spent 2 hours waiting. Learn to communicate instead of doing things in silence and wasting time!! Time is money!!

She will work around our schedules, if needed. She's always available to answer any questions. She's always smiling and has a very positive attitude. I had a loan from 2 weeks before my next payday. I apparently was called before the date I was even due and didn't return their call because I did not recognize the number (even knowing my due date 2/28/20) and because I didn't respond to their call, I was deposited the night before. I called the day I was due to make my payment, but found out I was already deposited (which went through my account and was told by a member of your store that they would not know if it went through or not until 7 days). I was told they do a hard credit check, but it typically doesn't show on your credit score, but it did (after they said it doesn't typically happen). Kenia helped me and was awesome. But because I didn't know that I was to be in direct contact after signing an agreement on my due date, I was still deposited. Shouldn't your company confirm that "We are going to call you and you must confirm payment to an associate. If not, we will deposit you beforehand? Just letting you know how our company works" It's just simple communication. I HIGHLY doubt I would even consider EVER doing business with this scam.

3 months in a row ive used my card to get a money order. Today the girl, said the money order is cash only. She said theyve never done card. That's a straight up lie!! Bad service today and a bold face lie to a customer's face.
