Their ATMs give out tore up taped together 20s,garbage all around the outside of building the higher ups must not visit this branch too often.

I wish I never had an account with this bank. Will be joining another bank soon. They never answer the phone, the employees don't know what their doing. They let people overdraw your account even though you tell them not to. Then they charge you overdraft fees. They let people help you who are clearly not trained to. I am furious with these people, don't go to this bank.

The entire staff here is great. I am having Jeremy, Laura, and Elizabeth help me handle personal matters and they've been outstanding in that. Regarding other things people have been saying, well, that's their business. But overall there's a friendly atmosphere and I'm happy how they've treated my family and I.

Nothing infuriates me more than pulling up to an empty drive thru dropping my transaction thru the cylinder and 3 minutes later next car pulls up and they take care of the other guest first.

Made a deposit last Thursday in the ATM and it was messed up for sure. a message on the screen said it was returning a check. Nothing came out after 5 minutes I pressed cancel as my card was stuck in the machine also. Finally it spit out one check and this part is my fault but I did not make a copy of all of my checks. They did credit my account for the ones that I knew in my head but if they don't find my checks I am not sure what I will do. the credit is close to $200.00 less than my actual deposit. An error message came up on the screen with a phone number and I immediately called within 5 minutes so it's Tuesday and where are my checks. Be carful and know exactly have copies of all of your checks you are depositing in your account. I am not sure who it taking care of the ATM's now for chase but these ATM"s have been acting up for a few month's now. I just want my checks. The bank can't open these Atm's.

The people are friendly and try to help everyone out in a timely manner. Sometimes your wait is longer than 2 minutes. The issue with the low marks on others is they want everything now. Some people are impatient

Ashley, the lead teller is great! I had a huge headache (to say the least) with my account, I spoke with 3 different people over the phone who couldn’t resolve my issue. She went above and beyond her job to make sure that I was accommodated. In a world where good customer service is becoming more scarce, you have to appreciate prosfessionals like Ashley! A+!

I have had account there for 6 years. And do not go there very much. I took my son there to open an account. And waited in access of 45 min. Only to be told sorry we are closed. Ask to speak to a manager and they said the manager was not there. They sent someone and that person said tuff luck. You can close your other account if you want. I felt slapped in the face.

Rude African manager. I was sitting for 30 minutes. He was doing nothing until a young, black girl came in. He ran right over to her. He IS NOT about business. I said" I was next, do I need to go to another branch?" He said "go ahead and go to another branch". I'm done EVER going there. #racist
