Community Choice Credit Union Ann Arbor Trl, Livonia

Melissa was great, she was super friendly and helped me just as I walked in the door. I opened a new account with community choice, and it went very smooth! I would highly recommend going to community choice to anyone, and to top it off she had all of the answers I was looking for and she was super knowledgeable.

This place is something special ❤️ I was already aware of community credit union, little ol’ me just went to a regular Bank with all of the fees on my account i knew that this needs to be stopped and changed. Melissa is definitely my number #1 with this bank! Broke down any and everything while giving me the run down on the accounts that I had gotten. Definitely makes you feel warm and comfortable, connects with you in ways that you couldn’t even imagine. Thank you Melissa! You’re the bomb diggity! If you’re looking for a nice, understanding credit union this one will be it!

I can’t do nothing with this bank. I’ve been trying to get e-deposit working for a month… they call the location, managers too busy to assist. I don’t have time to take off work to keep coming in the bank! I call to speak to someone on the phone and they talking about send email! Like it’s too much, all I wanted was to be able to deposit checks into my account.

I was new to this credit union with a car loan and Melissa Barck couldn’t have been more helpful when explaining to me the different levels of service and how to maintain my also new, savings account. She, and all the staff, have been very friendly, quick and helpful with each interaction.

My experience with Amanda was awesome. She explained all the benefits of my decision and made sure I understood and was comfortable with my choices. She made me feel as if I was part of the family and had had no hesitation with me. She helped make a decision that will complete improve the future for me. She even used personal experiences to relate and help me understand. I would recommend Amanda to everyone I know!

I recently had my debit card compromised so I went into the branch on Wayne Road and dealt with Kristine Blair. I was soooo pleased with the way she turned what seemed to be a very scary situation into such a positive experience...I could not be happier with the service and professionalism she provided me. Even though I live near the Redford branch of Community Choice Credit Union, my wife and I always use the Westland Branch. It's more convenient for me because I work near there, and I always get faster, friendlier service at that branch. Iesha, Alyssa, and the staff are always cheerful, and helpful. I recommend this credit union for its customer service.

Sheila Burnham is very helpful online via chat when I need assistance. Love this Credit Union. Moriah Piehl is great. My account information had been compromised and in very little time she was able to change and secure all my new information without me having to change my login credentials or card information to the accounts.

I wanted to open a business account for my business I just started. The first location I went to on Warren and Beech Daily they were not very friendly. There was only 1 other customer in the store besides myself and 2 tellers. When I walked in I asked if I needed an appointment to open a business account. She said yes I would have to come back because she had an appointment at 9:00am mind you it’s 9:16am. I asked if I could wait in the car to see if she showed up or if she could take me since no one else was in there accept myself and the other customer who was already being helped by the other rep. She told me t come back at 11. I went to the location on Ann Arbor and I so glad I did because I got the best service ever from Andrew!!!! He explained everything step by step. He did quality check with me before we finalized everything and even though i didn’t know some the answers I should have known when handling business he never made me feel incompetent. I will now have to pass the location on 6 minutes from my house to go to see Andrew 14 miles from my house... that’s how great his service is.. I will come out of my way to get his service. I just left the Livonia/Westland branch, and had the best experience. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, the teller was helpful and so nice, and another employee came over and gave my kids candy, just because. I know that people don't realize it, but those small things can turn a person's day around. I was having an awful day and I literally left smiling. Thank you!!!!

Jim Costello has been great with all of my banking needs since October. Holli Kerkhof has been instrumental in connecting me to the right team members to facilitate all of my banking needs. We had a very positive experience at this Community Choice location. We were greeted immediately upon entering the Credit Union and Raven helped us with opening new accounts. She was very professional and informative. We were in and out within minutes with everything needed to start utilizing new accounts immediately.

Ms. Jackson helped me out so much with an issue I was having that she wasn’t even part of she reached out to me called me asked me if I had any questions if I needed anything she kept me updated and it wasn’t even her case she was polite understanding respectful answered all my questions. Everything I figured out and resolved because of her and her work !!

Everyone at the Ann Arbor Trail branch is awesome! They are always super friendly and helpful. Most recently, Melissa went above and beyond to help me get my car loan situated. The car dealership was trying to make me go through them and she spent a lot of time making several calls to the dealership to be able to get my loan approved through Community Choice and making sure that everything was taken care of for me. I didn't even have to talk to the dealership. She did it all for me. I am so thankful for everything that she did to make it work for me to be able to get a new car! I highly recommend this credit union!

I found myself in an emergent tough financial situation. Amanda spent her time with me and helped me get everything under control. We looked at multiple options for my situation and found something I was very happy with. On top of it all, during this process my email was being hacked into and we discovered all of my financial info had been compromised. She dropped everything she was doing, shut everything down, and re opened all new accounts. I was very satisfied with my experience with Amanda. Friendly, professional, knows what she's doing, and great at her job!!!

I've been coming here for years and have always been taken care of but tonight was awesome. Running through my many errands for the day I swung by the ATM to find it out of service. Without thinking of the time I pulled around to the window. Lesha informed me that they were close, but offered to complete my transaction anyways. Went here to return a massive amount of loose change. The machine kept breaking. Kristie spent her entire last hour working on the machine and helping us with our change. Her customer service was exceptional and I greatly appreciate her and others at this branch.

I was helped by Raven and she is so helpful and sweet. She informed me on things that I never knew I could do that helps me out a lot. I went into to Liviona Main, to get some help with my account and was greeted by raven (who is usually at this branch; Livonia Westland) she spent so much time with me! She was beyond patient, and even helped me with things unrelated to my account. she deserves a raise! raven gave me a wonderful expirence! people Like her make this Company great! keep it up!

We went to community financial to add myself to my Husbands account now that we are married. We didn’t realize you needed an appointment. Raven at community financial livonia was able to get us in no problem and add me to the account within in 15 minutes. It was such a calm and easy process. We loved working with her and definitely will be coming back to open accounts for our sons. We will gladly recommend this credit union and location to all of our friends and family.

My visit at community choice was one of the best bank experiences I've had in a long time. I forgot my tellers name (maybe Amber) but she was very helpful with getting me set up with online banking and making sure all of my questions were answered. I didn't feel rushed at all and when I was done she made sure I didn't need anything else.
