Chase Bank E Speedway Blvd, Tucson

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was greeted immediately, offered water and my son was offered a lollipop. They even asked my permission before they went and got the lollipop. Just an incredible experience all around.

They have taken away the drive through and now there is only 1 Atm drive up and it been nothing but a headache to do deposits. We have been trying to get a hold of anyone in the speedway and swan branch for days now and nobody is answering the phones, nobody. We have business accounts with them and we cant get anyone to pick up the phone lines. What is going on with this branch? They change the staff faster than we can turn our heads. Thinking about changing banks.

They've always been good to me at this bank and I never have a problem cashing a check or anything and they are very helpful.The only thing that bummed me out is they don't have a drive though anymore and they used to have a lot more bank tellers,so I didn't have to wait in line longer.i think that the tellers are great for a banks business, I wanted to ask one of them about certain things they offer, like safe deposit boxes and a home loan but I feel like I would be holding up the line and I just wanted to ask a few questions without having to wait for a long time.i think the people who work there would take the time if they weren't rushed.If you read this chase plz bring back the drive though and a couple more tellers.They are missed by customers.I think it's really sweet that they offer candy to everyone too.Thanks for listening, Sincerely Mariah Cox.💕

I called twice at a time when the website said they were not busy. No way to leave a message. Voice mail simply said call again. Doubt I'll do that.

There were significant mistakes made when our new accounts were set up. Took months and many phone calls to straighten it out. They don't answer the phone; hard to make an appointment; ridiculous fees. I could go on. Only been with then a few months and we are leaving. They made me remember why I left banks for credit unions 30 years ago. The one plus was the tellers were nice.

The times ive been to this Chase I've experienced friendly costumer service the one thing about this Chase is the pace, they have friendly but need faster costumer service. They have two teller windows and the times ive been there it is only one teller working at a time, so you might have to stand in line for a bit.

Absolutely horrible customer service . I went in to simply change my last name on the account and was treated awfully . A man was throwing a fit because he did not want to wait , so the lady pushed me out as quickly as possible .I left without any of my questions answered and feeling like my business was not valued .

Love how easy it is to monitor/make changes to your account plus staff is so friendly and helpful!!
