Was good until the end. They should have said my account was paid off but manger sent bad payment to my credit when it was paid off in full. I hate these people now. Avoid these people at all cost. Beronica, your manager is a horrible person and you deserve better. Thanks for always being perfesional with me. You know I am. I will literally give you a perfesional reference if you ever want to change jobs. I love you, girl!

I've been a member/customer since 2015 and very pleased with the customer service. They even worked with me when I had temporary, financial hardship. They were courteous to provide a reminder my payment was coming due to make sure things were good on my end or if we needed another agreement. I always kept my promise to pay agreement, but so relieved to know they cared. As long as I communicated, they learned about the situation and knew they would receive my payment. I like how they have an office in town for me to make a personal visit if I need to.

Doesn't deserve the single star I'm forced to give for this review. Abysmal service, and the self-service options online are literally just to view your bill. Can't even update auto-pay online. You're a financial institution, it's 2021, get with the damn program.

Matt in their customer service dept has absolutely zero customer service skills. I've been with APF for over a year and a half. I never had a problem until Matt took over as my account manager. He desperately needs retraining. Do not waste your time or money with this institution. There are plenty of other options, even if your credit is in need of repair. Save yourself the hassle.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Customer service=0, honesty=0, transparency=0, customer value=0. It seems like every turn is a new charge or fee. No matter what you do, if you've ignored warnings not to deal with this company, absolutely under NO circumstances don't fall for the skip a payment program! You'll never finish paying your loan, they are also very predatory to get you to sign for these. Save cash and buy anything before dealing with these criminals! I regretfully purchased a car four years ago and was supposed to be done paying for my loan by now, but with fees and skip a payments who knows? Don't fall for this company's deceptive practices. You would be better off getting money from a loan shark, at least you know what type of lender you're dealing with. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

If you're in a financial state where your credit score isn't great, it's awesome that there's companies who will help you out. I would gladly recommend Automotive Partners Funding to anyone in search of an auto loan. The staff is professional and friendly, for the most part.

I have purchased three vehicles through automotive partners Funding in the past 8 years. I have always made my monthly payments on time. When I was in a bind I Would call explain my situation. Jeanne, Barbra and Daved has always been willing,, to work with me. Monthly when I make my payments the staff at the front desk are always friendly. I have never had a problem with the staff they always been helpful. Though It would be nice if we could make our payments online with a debit card!!!

I have been paying for this repossed vehicle for such a long time, and I must say that your representatives have been so gracious in understanding my dilemma. I appreciate that when I was late it was not reported to my credit report. I have been with this company on two separate vehicles. Have always been a customer in good standing. As they changed the payment page on their website I was charged for a payment that I never checked the ok box and never hit process. Clicked back to change some information but yet was still charged twice for my automotive payment. I called to see if they canceled and after being rudely talked to I was told I have to do it on my own through my bank to cancel the payment and that it was out of their hands. That's what I ended up having to do. If you can avoid this company I highly recommend it. There are much better secondary lenders out there for those of you with credit challenges like myself. Go to AL financial and southwest financial over these people. Rude and horrible customer service

Most of these bad reviews are people that didn’t pay their bills and are upset their car got repossessed, this company has worked with me when I had hardships and always is courteous when I call them even when I screw up. They are a good company and they get their reviews destroyed by people who Don’t understand you have to pay your bill.
