The people that work there are the best in the business. When I've needed them they have always been there for me. They are led by a guy named Chance. He is a tip notched manager. Every one of his employees are very knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Awesome Staff! Clean ! Professional! Great Prices! Oh, and I literally seen a firearm here for $180 less than their competitors! Both used and in great condition, but these guys had 2 more mags with it and it was $180 less!

This is my favorite pawn shop by far. Not only is the staff awesome and helpful, but they definitely have the best deals. Plus they are the only shop that if you get your items back in the first 30 days, you only pay 13% interest! It is the only pawn shop I ever use now. I went in today and Anna was quick and effective while helping me. A different pawn shop, I wont say which one, but read the fine print if you ever go into one. My girlfriend had just purchased a chrome book thinking it was a laptop. Two days later she tried to return it, and they wouldn't take it back, and told her she could pawn it for 40$ when she had just bought it from there two days prior for 105$. Clearly just trying to rip her off. I told her to only go to Pawn1st because they are honestly the only pawn shop you'll ever need. Thank you Pawn1st!

Customer service experience was exceptional! I walked in and the staff was immediately so kind and friendly. This was my first pawn experience so I didn’t know what to expect. I was helped by Anahy at the grant/country club location. She was patient and really walked me through everything so I had a good understanding. She was very knowledgeable and really took her time with me. Highly recommend!

Pawn 1st is by far the best pawn shop in Tucson. They give the most and they really go above and beyond to help out the customer! The staff are friendly and will never steer you wrong. Ive been to pawn shops all over the United States and this is the best one Ive been to. It was worth the 45 minute drive!!!

Honestly one of the best, and I have been to a few in town. Best customer service and I feel that my propertyis safe and well taken care of. Hutch and Derrick are both great to work with, in no specific order that is! :) They are both professional and kind. I enjoy going into this Pawn Shop, I would highly recommend it!

I have been going to Pawn 1st for a couple years now. The manager Chance has always been professional courteous and helpful as well as Anna and all the rest of the staff, always a great experience. I've been in this pawn shop a number of times to sell some old gold jewelry. The employees have always been friendly and helpful and I feel I was treated fairly each time. They're also in a very convenient location, on Grant near Country Club, in my neighborhood.

I went there for a record player, unfortunately it didn't have a needle, but no big deal for the price I'm not complaining I bought one for 5 bucks.They have so many nice things like amplifiers, guns and jewelry. The thing I liked the most there were the guys who worked there, they had great customer service and very down to earth. I would definitely buy from them again.

I gave it one star because one they were nice and courteous, but there products where not good or even decent quality, and they shorted my friend 3dollars on the return. They did have great deals and layaway plans so you pay cheap you get cheap.

I've been coming here for a few years whenever I've needed some extra money and they're amazing. Every staff member has always been extremely helpful and professional. I have gone to other pawn shops occasionally and always end up back at this one. I recommend pawn 1st highly and have let all of my friends know that if they need to pawn something or even buy something used this is the place to go.

Very slow. I waited 35 minutes for someone to help me while the one guy Chase was on the phone texting and calling people outside. The staff did not seem friendly or concerned on selling items. There were multiple people who came in the store and walked out because the wait was so long to talk to anybody. And when I finally got a chance to talk to a store associates they seem bothered that I was asking to look at items and were unwilling to budge even 10% on listed items.

Anahy is Amazing! I literally went in to spend like 5$ on some used DVDs and ended up leaving with almost the whole store! I found the best gifts here! The holiday sales are amazing, ask for Anahy when you get there she knows her floor for sure!

Anna was very helpful, and very friendly, also did an outstanding job.

Most good reviews are due to “buying” experiences or just from their store associates. Because they are the NICEST people ever when you go in to purchase things, will drop the price by $5 or do/say anything possible to get you to buy. However you could bring in $200 worth of stuff and they only give you $50 for it when your coming back in a week to get it back out. They are not about helping their community. They are so money hungry that they screw over anyone trying to get a small loan.
