Cashbox Jewelry & Pawn E Grant Rd, Tucson

Me and my son came in to sell a gold ring we authenticated it multiple times before bringing it up there we talked to a woman that didn't even perform a test in front of us she took it to the back and then said it was fake I immediately went home and did every single test to authenticate the ring so.. I'm pretty sure you guys are a good establishment from your reviews I just think you have one person in particular that doesn't know how to do her job. I would love for you to reply because that's not good business

I came in to look at some moderly price watches and was greeted at the door by the wonderful staff here in cashbox jewelry I was assisted by Britney who was calm cooperative took her time and showed me many pieces allowing me to make the best decision and she gave me a discount I really appreciate this pawn shop and the shopping experience you’ll get a good deal and you won’t be disappointed

I recommend this place to any and everyone the staff was very helpful and the prices were very very reasonable I went to 4 different places to find a Bluetooth speaker and none of them would work or hold a charge without the wire being plugged in a wall cashbox was the last place I went but from now on this is the only pawn shop i would ever go to again thank you very much every one at cashbox.

Derrick has been great. I’ve sold a few things of my grandparents and got a fair price. He took the time to make sure I was happy and would come back and I will! When he wasn’t available he made sure I was in good hands. His boss, Tonya, helped me with care and advise. I got a fair price and will come back to buy and sell again.

We went into the store about 20 minutes to closing and you would’ve never known by the customer service we received from the second we walked in the door until the second we left which was probably 15 or 20 minutes after closing we received the upmost professional customer service and as we all know in today’s economy it’s very hard to find quality customer service and we found that and then some at the Cashbox!

Cashbox had exactly what I was looking for!!! The item they sold me was in mint condition. I worked with Tonya to complete my purchase. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. When I went to purchase my item the store was clean and very well put together. All of the employees were friendly and nicely dressed. Calling this place a pawn shop doesn't seem fitting because of how nice it was. I have never purchased anything from a pawn shop but would shop here again for sure!!! Their jewelries looks new, it’s like buying in a retail store but in a very descent price. People there are very friendly and patient esp. to Lamont and Derick were always been so pleasant to me everytime I went to this place, and always got a better deal. I highly recommend this place.

Its supposed to be 3.5 stars, but whatever. Anyway, when I came to Cashbox, I was at my wits end. I had an antique silver box that other pawn shops tried to severely lowball me on. So I went to Cashbox. The fellow who helped me, surprisingly, admitted my item wasnt his specialty. However, he had the boss look at it, and finally someone knew what I had. So they offered me the best price I could expect given the situation, and I left satisfied with their services. if they had paid me more for my item, it would be 4 stars.

If you don't know how to inspect the equipment that you are buying they will sell you unoperable equipment with no refunds. So beware and be knowledgeable of what you purchase there or you will get ripped off.

See my wife's 60th birthday was the next day and once inside I met without Tonya one of the very nice and knowledgeable staff. She was able to help me select a very nice gift for my wife!! Their prices are very good and their selection of jewelry is very good!! I have also pawned things with them in the past and believe them to be fair with their offers!!
