Today was my 1st time I went to Super Pawn. I’m a very suspicious person when going to new places to do business. I read the negative reviews 1st and most of them, I can toss aside as chronic complainers. That said and out of the way, my experience with Super Pawn was Super Great. I had the privilege with doing my business with Tim, Jenny and Alex. They treated me with kindness and respect and I got what I expected. Their associates good people and I will be going back and do all of my business with them. Thank You Tim!

I went in and bought a tablet for a class. I got home and found that the screen lock was on and I had no way to use it. I read the reviews for Super Pawn and I was a little nervous about even trying to get the code much less get a refund. Well, the person who helped me could not have been more helpful and polite. Then he offered to refund or replace the tablet. Thankfully I purchased a warranty and got my money back. It's very simple. Buyer beware. All pawnshops sell merchandise as is and they are not expected to guarantee items that they purchase or take as a payment on a loan. If you go to a pawnshop to buy stuff remember, you're buying something someone else didn't want anymore. So use your brain and make sure you are buying what you want and not another person's unwanted or broken stuff. They are as nice as any pawnshop as I have ever seen or been.

Awful customer service with a sad selection. Was ignored by 3 employees when I walked in. They saw me and immediately put their heads down. 2 mins later another customer walks in and they gave customer service to him. Employees discriminate (either because I had came in with a skateboard or because I am in my 20's? - never going back. I highly suggest you avoid this place at all costs!!!

I had went to a superpawn location (not saying which one) to have a silver coin tested and the employee poured ACID directly onto the coin and ruined the face. He didn't even attempt to fix it, care, apologize, or even offer a solution. I had then drove to the Superpawn pawn on speedway to see what they could do for me and they and they provided me with excellent service and even repaired the coin for me. They are an excellent crew of workers and I'm grateful for Alex and Tim helping me out to resolve the situation. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome as they are honest, understanding, and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service and if they read this, thank you again, I am forever grateful

I came by because of an ad they posted on OfferUp. I didn't actually end up purchasing the item I originally came for but I did purchase another item that I didn't know I wanted till I saw it. The staff were friendly and answered my questions to the best of their ability without trying to act like they just knew everything. I'll be back for sure.

They are worse than the criminals they buy items from. We had an item stolen and it was found at their store. The criminal was caught, So the pawn shop had to hold our item until the case was over. After 14 months unfortunately the case was dismissed. The detective sent a letter of release to the pawn store so we could pick up our stolen item. Dominic the manager came out with the letter and was very friendly at 1st. I signed the letter of release and setting is going to get the item. Came back without the item and proceeded to tell us that we needed to pay the $300 that he lost on purchasing a stolen . As the victim of the theft we are not required to pay for what his loss was. We had to call the detective back and explained what they were doing . The detective told us he had no right to ask for a payment on the item it was released by the courts. After us waiting for over 2 hours and him telling us he had to talk to his legal team. He got tired of us being there and finally gave us our item. He was extremely rude about Having to give it back.

Always friendly and good prices! So far I've purchased thousands of dollars of products from this location with no issues. I once forgot a 14 inch tablet I bought from these guys was plugged in, and destroyed the charging port when I picked it up, they accepted the return no problem :-)

STAY AWAY!! I went in there with a disabled person (Cerebral Palsy) and the shop would not deal with us and even called the police. The employee was an idiot when it came to computers and had hate in his eyes..
