USA Pawn & Jewelry E Speedway Blvd, Tucson

So I have a very important piece of equipment that I have on pawn at USA pawn on speedway, my loan was due yesterday and to extend it would be money that I didn't have yesterday. One of the employees, Alicia Cabrera was so wonderful with me by extending my loan up until Friday which is when I get paid. Had it not been for her I would have lost my equipment to pawn and that's horrible! Was communication and great customer service skills I'm able to keep my piece of equipment and I can't thank her enough. Actually everybody who works there has the best customer service and strive to do above and beyond things for their customer thanks guys and definitely thank you Alicia Cabrera!

This is my pawn/ sell experience with USA PAWN on speedway. First I would like to say that every other time I have been in there my experience has been good. The manager is a really good guy and tries his best to give as much as possible. Keep in mind he has a business to run. However on the 21st of March I was told by the boss to come in with a precious "item". Boss told me as long as it was over a quarter carat they would take it. Later that day hour b4 the closed I walked down there. Mind you I have Congestive Heart failure but I did it b/c I was told they would do it. And a guess wallet. I get there and Javier an employee told me the boss was gone but he would look at it. I unwrapped it he proceeded to tell Mr that only the boss was qualified to pawn it and that just by looking at it it was not a quarter. I know the weight I have been faceting gems since I was 14 I know my stuff. I can't even eyeball Weight. I know the weight of my item I've had it for over a decade. I asked about the wallet. He told me they don't pawn Guess. That's a lie I watch the boss earlier that day pawn something Guess. I am not walking home with no money. I can't even get a drink. It's 1.7 miles 1 way and I have Congestive Heart failure my left side of my heart only works at 33%. This is really hard on my body. I'm really upset.

I'm handicapped & walk with a walker. While looking at games within a couple minutes I had been asked by employees to move so they could get through 5 times. I couldn't look through half the store because they had the aisles too packed for my wallet to get through. There prices were about double other pawn shop prices but they offer about half what others would offer. Total rip off. Huge fire hazard and definitely not handicapped friendly.

They are the BEST & friendly when it come to help customers in need . I'm one of em happy customer😍

Update: 12/19/21. Still love this pawn shop and am very impressed with a pawn manager at this store. Her name is Dominique. She is extremely patient with my browsing all the jewelry and handbags. This USA pawn in Tucson is the best one for jewelry lovers. Their selection is larger and the Manager Dean is a gem in itself. He will work with you to help you get what you want and for me that's giving me the longest layaway possible to purchase my item. I return here again and again and I end up with a high quality piece of jewelry that I would not be able to obtain for the price anywhere else on the planet(lol)).

USA pawn on South 6th avenue gave me great service and a great price and the management and staff are professional and I will definitely go back and do business with them in the future. Most pawn shops in my opinion are shady but not USA pawn they stand out as professional and a place that does things by the book and that gives me peace of mind and purchasing anything from them. Check them out see what I'm talking about great place!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB, AND GO GO GO USA PAWN !!!!! WORK!!!!

This really is the best pawn shop I've been to in awhile. 5 star service and great prices. Easy layaway. The staff is pretty chill. They'll work with you on most payments plans etc.

This place is great!!! Lots of nice items to choose from... All the employees are super friendly and helpful, especially Javier at the gun counter. He really knows his stuff and is awesome to talk to... My wife and I love coming here!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CHECKING THIS SPOT OUT👍🏻

Love the remodel of the store. It's so open and clean now. Way better than it was before. Plus the staff there are awesome. Amber, Dwight, Shannon, Dean, Dominique, and Alicia. They are all perfect. Thank you for helping me when I needed it the most.

I absolutely love the staff here. Shannon and Alicia are the nicest people in the store. They make it a welcoming environment for me to come back to.

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, I did walk I to a pawn shop. 3 separate times I have gone to this location I have purchased electronics that have stopped working or had internal issues within 48 hours of purchasing. Manager informed me that when they buy they do not “stress test” the items they intend to resell they only do a basic assessment. Paid $185 for an iPad and the touch screen stopped working the day after I brought it home. I was told there is nothing they can do about it. Amp for car stereo purchased for $70 overheats after 15 minutes of use. (Manager told me it is too hot in my car.) The fan inside the amp I purchased from them is not working properly to cool it off. I purchased another one from a friend and it works just fine. Even in the middle of the day heat. The screen in the laptop I bought a few months ago blacked out about a week after I bought it and never came back on.(I have taken it to a repair shop and was told that it would be cheaper to just buy a new used one.) Everything I have purchased from this location has been defective.

For absolutely no reason or need I stopped in this place. I have never been more comfortable and happy engaging in conversation with thee most amazing staff and there knowledge. Brilliant and lifer here!

Alicia was more than awesome. She was very friendly, great conversation and very happy person. There should be more people like her. Thank you Alicia for all your help.

Pawned a bike to get cash to pay my bills and buy groceries, friendly staff some what acceptable terms for loans, I'm a repete customer.

Had the best experience here! Super great customer service!!! Even over the phone they are super helpful! I came in and the manager helped me and knew exactly what I needed for my Work from Home job equipment!! I’m so happy I went to this USA pawnshop out of all the options I had because I don’t think I would have had the experience I gotten from this one!! I definitely recommend!! :)
