Cash Store K Ave, Plano

Very confused about this location, I brought in my documents, my proof of income, ID and statement. Every information that’d be needed for a simple 200 dollar installment loan. I make more than enough to cover it, but immediately when I told the clerk that I pay myself at the business I have part ownership in, her entire demeanor changed. My only guess is that she believed I was lying about all my income and dismissed me completely. I went to the same cash store in Garland and they approved me 30 minutes later after bringing in the exact same documents I brought into her.

The ladies that work at this store are the two best people I have ever met and I am glad there here to help I tell a lot of people to come to this location .Amber and Celeste are great .

Dont understand this place been sending me preapproved stuff for months finally went in and didn't get approved showed her the money being deposited in my account from my job!lady who have bank stubs in the 21st century smh.dont send anything to my house no more I'm going to say harrasment.

This review is about the people at the cash store in Plano Tx. These Gentlemen and Ladies are always friendly and very helpful and loads of candy to offer to their customers. Enjoy coming here and would tell anyone if they need a little help with bills or any situation to stop in and have a talk with the great folks at the cash store. Celeste and Amber have taken great care of me. They are always professional, honest, to the point, and polite. I would recommend this store for loans to anyone qualified.

Unlike most who probably didn't read their emails right the this cash store is very open and honest about their business, and it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that if you do want a loan you should go in person and they will give you instructions in great detail. Mrs. Amber, Ms. Mel, and Ms. Celeste are the most fun and interactive people you will get coming in for a loan and will help you the best way they can to the best of their abilities, and as long time customer I can say they will always help you when you're in need.. THANK YOU CASH STORE for existing because without you I'd very much be in trouble financially than I could count.

Absolutely horrible place to get a loan! Be aware of their “pre qualification” email. It’ll state that you are accepted and are qualified for a loan, that you must bring your documents to the store to get your loan in hand! WRONG! I was told that the “pre qualification email” is a tactic to get customers to come in and apply in person!! This DOES NOT mean you are qualified for a loan!! Worst service ever and this store is absolute GARBAGE.

The customer service is great. Bracely, Destinee, Andrea, and Jonathan are great people to work with and talk to. They are awesome! They will do everything in they're power to help u with Your needs. So I highly reccommend you to pay one of them great workers a visit. BE BLESSED....

taking out money on the wrong day. taking out more than the agreed upon amount. lack of clear communication now. very horrible company. do not use these guys. The printer wasn't working when I came in so we had trouble printing my documents. they used an alternate printer but then had to reprint on different paper. Multiple mistakes while filling out my paperwork. while we were wasting valuable minutes on troubleshooting the printer we missed the opportunity to "verify my employment and bank account" even though I just printed out a check stub from literally today and a bank statement also from literally today. not sure what else needs to be verified. it's there in black and white. spent an hour and a half in the store only to be turned away and to come back tomorrow. the bank and my company office were open when I walked in the door but not an hour and a half later when they were finalizing the paperwork. I had more than enough time to go somewhere else if I knew I was going to leave empty handed. pulling my hair out right now. I was really looking forward to a more positive experience. also beware the insanely high interest rate. after returning the next morning the first thing I noticed is that they lost my file and it took about 15 minutes and three people to find it. just my luck everything is closed that needs to be called. I offer the numbers of my labor coordinator and my manager sourced from my email with company email addresses and they don't even try to call them. the guy actually tried to start reading my email when I showed him the number. had to tell him to quit scrolling because it was confidential information. so another trip wasted and almost 30 minutes of my day I can't get back. not even sure I'm going to try again on Monday. I need this money desperately but I don't really think I should help this company pay these guy's rent if they can't help me pay mine. -- the following Tuesday I receive a phone call saying they verified my banking information and job and I'm all set to do this thing. so I say "let me crunch my numbers and see if I want $200 or $300". when I arrive they have a stack of papers waiting for me and $340...cash, which if anyone was paying attention to the narrative is outside the range I mentioned and also quite a large sum to pay back if I don't knock it out quickly. Everything ran smoothly and I got my cash. a week later my phone 'blows up' all day the day before my bill is due. A courtesy call as the messages said multiple times repeatedly. the due date of the first payment, my phone rings off the hook all day. I was working and out of town. I did eventually get to the phone but they couldn't process my payment over it. after a thorough analysis of my experience I can whole heartedly say you will get better results from a snake oil salesman and it would be incredibly wise to avoid this company at all costs. I didn't even mention they share your personal information with various marketing affiliates. tell your friends and family to tell their friends and family to avoid this place -- here we are a week later with more updates on the cash store experience. on Friday they called and left a message asking for me by the wrong name. I wasn't able to make it into the store so they said it would be automatically drafted at midnight. it wasn't. interest is calculated daily so by waiting four days they are making my payments grow even more. the lack of punctuality and professionalism is really quite upsetting. please make sure to tell your friends and family to stay away from this place. we gotta let our money do the talking. this company is terrible! just because I'm stuck in a horrible deal doesn't mean you have to be as well -- that keep calling me by the wrong name every time they call and leave a message. not even my first name. I've been over this before with these guys. if they can't even get my name right after I correct them multiple times, imagine what they will mess up on your account. don't use this company EVER.
