I got a car from here. The inside of my car was extremely filthy. Definitely want detailed like a new purchase should be. I've had the vehicle for 4 weeks now and no issues with it. The sales ppl are awesome. No pressure!!!!

4 stars for service. Haven't had the car long enough to review that but Sabrina was amazing to work with, helpful, commutative, and not pushy. Review edit I've had my car for a couple weeks now and not too happy with it. I've read other reviews about people who needed to put their car in the shop right away and unfortunately I fall in that category. I need ball joints, all mew tires, traction system failed, and the transmission is going out. It seemed really solid when I test drove it no lights were on, But one day passed the 7 day return policy the check engine light came on the traction control light came on it started popping like crazy I don't know what kind of voodoo they did but I'm not happy about it. Luckily the transmission is covered by warranty but with everything else breaking down already I'm scared to see what else is going to come that's not covered by warranty. I called about the warranty And while they have to honor it they basically told me well it can take a couple of weeks to have your car in the shop so are you sure you can go without your car a couple weeks? Like they're trying to talk me out of getting the car fixed. I will say the account managers I've spoken to have all seems really nice but not happy with the car not happy with the response I got regarding the warrantyI'm in the contract now so what can I do but I will never go back and get another car.

This place is terrible,liars they will con you, and dont believe any of there advertisement or there warranties that they brag about because they dont stand up for it or honor it they will do anything to deny there claims,honestly the whole outfit is con artist.

We found our truck!! We have always dreamed of having a truck and carhop made it possible. Found a truck and had to wait for the title... Jared and Roxanne had to hunt and hound to find my title but they did it and it's all mine...finally! Thank you guys so much for making a girls dream come true. I truly appreciate you all for helping us make it happen. This is my third vehicle from carhop...I was so pleased with the way I was treated the first couple times that I went back again. They make the payments easier on a person by splitting them up per paycheck and I love that, also the autopay is an easy process so I never have to worry about missing a payment. Sabrina at carhop sold me a car and within 6 hours of having it, it broke down and wouldn't start. I had to pay 200 for a tow back home. Then carhop towed it it their mechanic and he "fixed" it. Only to have it break down and die and not start the next day I get it back from the mechanic. Carhop will not tell me when they can have my car fixed and they won't put me in a new vehicle.

Had some personal issues come up and they took such great care of me! Without Liz, I would have been lost and she made it so easy and great to get into a car! I’m so glad I went up there and got the car. Will definitely recommend! I am adding a second comment for how great this was. My pay cycle had changed with a job switch and LaTia was an amazing help to get that taken care of! Update: I went again to upgrade to my next car with them and as always, a nice easy experience, able to get me in a better car, and good again! So I had the worst experience ever with a financed vehicle down the street and was leary to return to another, I just knew my sales consultant Sabrina would come back with a "DENIED". Sabrina did not come back denial at all! She was Like "you're approved like it was a normal everyday thing, but she doesn't understand the blocks I had to walk to get here. So original l gave this place a good review and Liz was great. However i have changed my review be the truck i bought from them that was supposed to be all good had to have a new drive shaft replaced and the the rear Differential also i found out the brake lines are bad an the truck was sold to me WITHOUT emergency brakes at all an when i go to the location about these many major issues the branch manager Roxanne is VERY rude an snooty! I will never recommend this place nor will i ever do business here again!!!

I visited carhop recently, due to mechanical issues with the car i was driving, so I basically needed them to work with me, with a low down payment and not so good credit score. Because of past experiences with other car lots. I didnt expect them to be able to help me, but i was amazed at how painless the whole process was. Alex was my salesperson, and i highly recommend asking for him when you visit the council bluffs lot. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered my many questions and made sure I understood everything. I was also very impressed with the way Carhop operates, they really are different than any car lots I have dealt with in the past. Now days, its hard to trust businesses, most will say anything to get your business, but CarHop seems to be very upfront and honest, and followed through on everything they advertise. If you have reservations about going to any car lot, trust me when i tell you that CarHop is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.

Here to let everyone know the warranty they claim is the best is just a crock. They claim they will fix certain things on the warranty which they denied and they will fix anything safety related which they denied. I received the truck this way and the mechanic agreed with me these are things that wore over time and I have had the truck less than 2 months. There is $6000k worth of work to be done on a $10k truck.. Make sure to have your vehicle inspected before buying it 💯%! #Unhappy Customer***

Clean atmosphere when first walking in, no one was trying to impress me when walking in either,.. that’s a PLUS. Sabrina, approached me in a relaxed kinda way and the overall experience was light, not painful at all as I was expecting. So all good stuff. They don’t try to get you into something you won’t need. They really do care.

I was shopping for a pickup with 4x4 not finding much. I visited 5 other lots before seeing this one. I've never looked into Carhop before so I didn't know how they operated. Jared set me up for the application and talked me through all the things I'd need. Within an hour we were looking at a couple trucks. Test drove the one we felt was more fitted for what I needed and finalized a fair deal. Don't have to worry about payments as they are setup for auto pay, makes this a very easy car purchase.

So woke up this morning to a call from Sabrina smith asking me to come in and test drive a car so I go in on Saturday afternoon on my day off making time so I can ask questions and be able to talk to Sabrina and to my surprise what a disappointment all I got was a rude and unqualified person even with me asking Sabrina questions on how we could be able to be approved mabey a bigger down payment and all Sabrina could say was I don't know when she would know the answers to my questions what a waste of time.empty place but couldn't remember that she just told me to come in are you on something lol shaking my head what a waste of time

I've had my car 3 months. I pay near $400/mo and its been in the shop about 3weeks at a time every month so far. I asked for a reliable vehicle because mine broke down and I needed something right away to get my son back and forth for school and this is what they gave me. I wouldn't have given one star but you have to in order to post. They are familiar with the the car and the issues they've had it several times and just keep making money off of it taking advantage and ripping off the buyer. They act like they just received it and it had an old CarHop sticker outline on it.

I don't know where to begin, but I know exactly what I want to say. I had the pleasure of working with Latia as my account manager. CarHop gave me another chance with having a vehicle after my accident with my previous one. I am very thankful for that. However, I was going through a rough time financially as I was trying to get used to my new job after relocating back to Pittsburgh from Philadelphia. So I know at times there would be bumps in the road with my payments. Working with Latia, she made my experience very positive and one that was not stressful. She was very understanding about my situation and was very helpful where she could be. She also kept me on my toes which was very important. The point is Latia did not give up on me. As a result, I was able to pay off my car. I just want to say thank you to CarHop for allowing me to work with a person like Latia. She was the best account manager a guy could ever ask for. I just hope that other people she works with feels the same way I do.

I have awful credit, a past repo, and the pay stubs I brought in had as few as 25 hours on them...they still got me into a pretty low mile, in good shape, A/C and radio working, running and driving like a champ car for just $300 down out the door drive home today. Jared Rogers made the process easy to understand, and even gave me some tips on how to help build my credit up just because he wants to help. I got shot down by basically every joint in town, but not Carhop. Show up with $300 bucks, some pay stubs, and proof you live where you live...they'll find a way to get you a car you can afford.

Don't go to these crooks I went in to buy a vehicle and they than tell me to bring in my social security card but yet they have this white person come in and they are not asked for the social security card. So I couldn't find my card so instead I bring my birth certificate and try to express to them that because of covid its making it hard to order a replacement card and so they tell me no again to bring in my card I finally bring the card waited for an hour went to work and they call and say I have to wait a year. I could've saved money from taking a Uber up there but they wanted to waste my time and money
