I am from out of state and I needed some cash. This place was very generous with the amount they loaned and fair with the terms. Thier store is fantastic it has everything and the quality of jewelery is exceptional. Your not disappointed at all when you deal with these people. Just a bad experience with employees who seem really shady to begin with. Wife had a $400 piece of tech that people actually use, and they wouldn't take it for pawn because they haven't had anyone call them specifically looking for one. It's a pawn shop, that's not how the pawnshop business works. *Edit after response* It wasn't a 4g cell phone booster. It was a cellular signal booster, and when you check their website it states that it also works with 4g lte and 5g. And the point of it is that you're basing the lack of demand on phone calls instead of Google searches or online purchases. You should be using Google analytics for stuff like this to determine what's in demand.

They are very good at what they do ! Went out of their way to find the perfect wedding band to match what I have , and sat there and explained everything to us about my ring ! Would definitely recommend !!

I have personally been going to Metro Pawn for years now and I have found them to always be more then fair and giving me more then any pawn shop I've went to in the Omaha, Council Bluffs area and I'm 61 and went to almost every pawn in the area over the years and for me I won't go to the others ever again because my experience with them has never been a satisfying or fair pricing of my valuables. Dave and his team have always made me feel like my things are as important to them as they are to me. Metro Pawn and Loan is hands down the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to. Lived in 12 different states and never found one I’ve liked more. I went in to sell a firearm and won’t be going to any other pawn shop in the area. Staff is incredibly nice, and they gave me much more than fair offer for what I was selling. Prices on firearms and jewelry are below competitors n the area as well. Five stars all around for the customer service, selection in store and how easy they made the sales process. Would give six stars if I could.

I had some one ounce silver coins to sell. First stopped at EZ Pawn. They said they'd only give me 10 or 15 dollars a coin even though silver is trading on the market at 21.50 per ounce at this time. That was unacceptable so I went down the street to Metro Pawn. The guy behind the counter looked up the market price and told me he'd give me 21.50 per coin without once trying to talk me down a few bucks. Very satisfactory. I'll never go back to EZ Pawn. Metro Pawn is so much better. Really nice staff. Dave the manager is very cool.

I have been shopping at Metro Pawn for years. They have a nice and clean store. The employees have always been curtious and friendly. They are always getting new items in. Best shop in town in my book.

Nice place, great staff. Place is clean! I can't stand walking into a pawnshop and it's old nasty and smelly. This place like walking into a department store, they're organized, prices are clearly marked as well. If they don't have what your looking for they can help you find it. Way better than other shops that I've been to on both sides of the river.
