Atm machines don't work half of the time ! Need use a different bank ATM machine for yours is always temporary unavailable to withdraw ! Not good especially when get charged $3 fee from another bank ATM machine get your stuff straight out inconvenient

This location has amazing staff and they always go above and beyond for me no matter how big or small our interaction may be.

Had to call about three times to attempt and figure out why account was put into the negatives one of the employees got extremely disrespectful with me when I was just wondering where my money was spent and what was taking money out of my account very disappointed

Great Credit Union. I have to say this branch is busier than the East Broadway location. Plus they have Free Popcorn Friday.

This review is mainly an unhappy review of their automated system After an "upgrade". I am very unhappy with it. Before the upgrade it was simple fast efficient SECURE. Now, post upgrade, I can't even access my information, haven't been able to for 4 days now.. 1. It has made me "reset" my password 3 times. It does not seem to retain that information. 2. It demands my SSN EVERY SINGLE TIME I call in, then it Repeats it out loud for anyone within earshot to hear and either write down or press record in their recording app. 3. No emergency representative assistance is available either. Used to have the ability to speak to somebody immediately, even during off hours, it was one of the first options given. Now it will not give any options until you log in. But it won't let me log in no matter how carefully I attempt to do so. 4. Today's fun - - every keypress is duplicated 6 or 7 times. So 123 becomes 111111122222223333333. Ugh! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL AUTOMATED SYSTEM?!?!?!? Please!!! I am begging you, Centris!!!! New is not always improved. Even blamed my cell phone initially, but it does the same thing from every phone I use. I don't have the time to drive there so....... Guess inconvenient is how it goes now, for at least a while. Hopefully the "bugs" are worked out - soon. Perhaps the people that make these decisions should have to live with it themselves for a month or 2 before putting it on us. In a world of hackers & record-happy fiends & firewall failures capable of toppling business giants in a single day some of these problems are just unacceptable.

The North bdwy location is closer, however, the G location is so professional and service oriented that it's worth the effort to drive here.excellent staff

Been with the 28th and G location since before it was Centris- I always worry when banks change hands but the crew is awesome and real helpful
