Capital One Bank US, Edison

Horrible place to do banking. They are very rude and don’t care about it’s clients. Went to open a small business account, the manager was not there and the person who helped me does not know anything about it. They did not know that I have an appointment and right there one of them gave me some attitude. They gave me a hard time to open the account when I had all the documents necessary to open it. The manager on the phone said they can’t not open the account because my business name in one of the documents page was cut in half because is too big. They did not care at all to help. I’m going to another Capital one location because this one is horrible.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered called that I had a problem with my online login, lots of ATMs but they hit you with fees to makeup the ATM fees there not charging don't waste your time they will get you too. Never had a late payment before but the app wasn't working, I asked the manager if i can show her i called but she was on a power kick wouldn't let me email her my call log to show her I called, they will get you too. I paid in full and I'm leaving Capital one I don't care if it messes up my credit with being a 9yr old credit card with perfect payment history. I spoke to 3 people about this just on GP before its not about the money it's that I know I called and if I charge $5000 I pay $4000 and the next mth I pay the rest. The worst customer service never ago your getting my money

Hi there! Do you want incredibly long lines and the slowest staff that could not care less about your presence? Then have I got the bank for you! Come on down to Capital One Bank on Route 1! Edit: It's currently 10:40am and this place is so slow that the line is literally out the door. Save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT COME HERE.

2 stars due to the 1 pleasant woman on driveup.. Slowest place next to Iselin, NJ.. Spend more time talking to each other or pretending like they never ready to take next customer..

On a Saturday they thinks it's a good idea to only have 2 tellers working with a line around the building. Every time I go I wait over an hour because they can't seem to figure out hot to properly staff for a busy day. Since they closed most of the branches this bank has completely gone downhill.

For sure the worst bank/branch of all time. This branch is insanely miss managed. Only 6 people allowed on the inside line when capacity is well over that. People stuffed in the vestibule. A massive line outside, always. No other bank in the area has this issue, none. Short on tellers, convoluted security and banking measures. Really is the worst customer service banking experience I’ve ever had or heard about. My company is changing accounts this week. It sucks to have to do that but I can’t wait an hour a day to do a simple deposit.

Awful place to do banking. I would give 0 star. Sometimes only 1 teller during prime time. I asked them why are they not hiring. Manager tells me not able to find good people. What a joke!!! They should say they not able to find people as they pay very low and employee turnover is probably high.

Worst experience every time I visit Edison branch, I avoid not to go to this branch but for any reason If i end up going there I never have any pleasant experience that I can share. Unfriendly staff, nobody willing to help, keep on giving excuses and never resolve issues or help. Under staffed , long wait….. list goes on and on

If I could give zero stars I would. Theres always a new issue everytime I go. They say you cant do this you cant do that. I had 4 seperate deposits with a little change and the teller said I had to organize it better. I made it as simple as possible for them. She just didnt want to take the time to do her job. They need new tellers.

I've been a Capital One bank client for more than 10 years, but I hardly ever visit branches (use online banking, ATMs). Today, I had to visit this particular branch and I was very impressed and pleased by the staff. They were highly polite, kind, helpful, professional and warm toward all clients while I was there. I felt welcomed, helped, and looked out for. I will stay with Capital One for another 10 years and more.

01/03/22 Terrible customer support. Huge line inside at teller windows, with on 2 tellers. Went in to see about opening a new checking account, but there wasn't anyone to assist me. Will go to another bank PNC.

After checking-in on the bank computer, I waited my turn 1 1/2 hours to speak with customer rep. At 3:30 I was informed the rep. went home, leaving me and 3 other customers wondering what the heck happened! No explanation given and it was the nice Security Guard who had to derliver this information to me and the other customers. Are you kidding me?? Is this how you treat your customers? BTW, the bank was filled with minority customers, so does this make such behavior "OK"? Pulling all my money out..........
