Great customer service. The manager went above and beyond to help me and my wife with everything. Explaining all the behind the curtain rules and laws that Wells Fargo bank got wrong. Yes they were crowded and had to wait a little but it's par for the course for a good bank with only so many employees working at the time. What would you want, wait a little and get all your needs met or wait nothing go home and realize something was done wrong and have to go back?

12/31 on the busy day they closed

Td bank tells me come first thing in the morning and neither supervisor is here. Fun. One person on customer support team and two tellers with no lines

One of the worst banks ever - was have two accounts there and everything they told me during opening the account is false. I started getting charged maintenance fees out of no where and they said you need to maintain a minimum balance - I explained that I was told between my accounts if the balance is there I would be okay. The first time they waive the fee and said I’m right and it would be updated. The second time it happened they said no it was false and they would reverse the charge but I had to maintain the minimum balance. I have seen their employees argue with customers. To the point where the branch manager got involved and the employee refused to move away from the managers door. I would have fired her immediately for insubordination but this manager seems to lack an authoritative figure explaining the free for all attitude the employees have. I can’t wait for a new bank to open closer to my house so I can stop dealing with these trashy people.

Too bad experience, Mar 1 I deposited money then the counter steal my $100, then Mar 31 I seriously to counter money then deposited then the lay still say less $50, I said give money back to me, I know she want steal too, but she said her fault, so don’t go to this bank! And seriously to do that! Thanks

Banks fine as usual. But lady on shift wasn't wearing her mask ~10am 11/2/20. She only puts it on when dealing with a customer but after walking around everyone without it on. But it turns out she is wearing a bejeweled fishnet like mask where you can clearly see her nose and mouth which does absolutely zero stopping virus transmission. Please have management talk with staff to 1) enforce constant mask usuage while indoors 2) wear an actual mask that works.

I was very impressed by everyone working here. The manager Serge greeted so many customers and knew them by name. The tellers also seemed to know the customers’ names and situations. The bank is well staffed with bankers who are able to help lots of customers in a short amount of time. This bank is worth checking out.

Honestly the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Customer service tells me they are allowed to something, bank says they can't do that. Always an excuse with something. Go to a different TD location.
