I worked with Candy Fung and Loan Factory team to refinance my house. It was a great experience. Loan Factory team responded very fast; available almost anytime I called for any questions, especially Candy; so easy to work with them. Most important thing is their rate is really COMPETITIVE. I used to work with local lenders and two lenders from Costco for my previous houses but I would say Loan Factory's rate is better than all of these lenders.
