Unquestionably the best experience we ever had getting a car. Our sales rep, Angelo, was top notch. No pressure, helpful, polite, informative, followed up and responded to all emails and questions - fast. Epitomizes what a sales rep should be. BTW, they have a great coffee machine that easily competes against some of the best baristas in the world 😁; just an extra perk that made the experience unforgettable.

I will never go anywhere else. The staff is so nice, transparent and fair. I ordered a Macan GTS from this them in February. The wait was long for it because of the shortages but well worth it. My sales guy Thomas was in contact with me the whole time giving me updates on the car and when it arrived I had him do the xpel clear bra and ceramic coating. I love my car and had a wonderful experience at Ray Catena Porsche.

My recent sales experience with Jack Miller, changed my perspective about car salesmen, when I acquired my new 2021 Porsche Macan. This was the best experience I have ever had when acquiring a new vehicle. Not only was he knowledgable about the Macan he set everything up (phones etc.) and explained all the features of the car when he delivered it to my home. He also installed my license plates when they came in and followed up numerous times to insure I had no issues. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Jack and have spoke to others about my positive experience with him and the Ray Catena dealership.

Visited to buy New Cayenne, and trade my Macan. But they don’t have any NEW. And told me I have to wait at-least 1 year. Showed me used 2022 with 2800miles on it, loaner car Moon Blue color for 95k which was 88k on paperwork, as they forgot to take that paper out from trunk. When I check same vin # and ask that sales guy, He said it’s because owner want more money. Never coming back😡😡

This has been an exceptional experience!! I was searching for a car for 1 month, called numerous dealers trying to find something. I was always hesitant going to a car dealership because of the fear of “Sales tactics” to be honest, I usually don’t trust them. I decided to walk into Ray Catena Porsche and said to myself if I get 1 once of “car dealer salesmanship” I’ll just walk out. I was directed to Mario. I told him I want a fair price for a good car. He immediately told me MSRP. Not a dollar more or a dollar less. At that moment I felt comfortable, since other dealerships were taking advantage of the current climate and charging more than list. Mario took his time and went through the inventory with me, he took me for a test drive. No nonsense sales! He told me what I needed to know and nothing more. To be honest, I still had my guard up….I was waiting for the “but….” Nothing! He asked if I like the car and I said yes! 30 min later I had a contract. The whole process from when I walked it to the handshake deal was less then 45 min. He had the car peeped and ready for me within 12 hrs Including all the paperwork. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing of an experience Mario provided. He was knowledgeable, honest, sincere, and efficient!! What more can you ask for when buying a car. I will make sure to recommend this dealership, and especially Mario if your in the market for a Porsche. If anyone at Porsche corporate sees this, Mario is a keeper!

We were shopping around for a car. We entered several dealerships where the floor inventory seemed to be low or none. Wherever we went, no one seemed to be interested in selling cars due to the circumstances. However, the minute we walked into the Ray Catena Porsche (my wife wandered from Jaguar into Porsche section unintended), the salesman came forward to greet us and extend his help in selecting a car. Frankly, the Porsche wasn’t even a choice originally but this person was very pleasant and his reaction to our presence was remarkable in contrast to earlier experiences. His name is Mario. The short version of the story is that we left the dealership and my wife is now a proud owner of a Porsche Macan. We bought the car even though our initial thought was lease and not for a second did we think it would a be a Porsche. The moral of it all is that “a little effort goes a long way”. Thank you Mario. Iv bought many cars from ray catena as well this was the first time I got a Porsche and he couldn’t had made my buying experience any more simple. Car buying can be a little stressful but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ray Catena Porsche. Not only because I finally got my dream car but also the honesty and professionalism of the dealership. Brought a porche from them 2 weeks ago on a Saturday that Saturday night a light comes on saying parking brake failure now no air is coming out my vents and it’s hot as hell today my back up camera stop working and the cherry on top I have to wait almost a month to bring it back because there’s no loaner available worst experience ever

I happen to find this dealership while looking to get into a used 2018 GTS that Porsche of Roslyn, NY has and was selling for just 3000 under what the car cost new. While looking for a better deal I found that this dealership at the time had a 2018 GTS new that was cheaper then the used GTS that Roslyn had. This did not sit well with me but at the time the cost of both cars was somewhat out of my range. While talking to Maurizio Biondo of Ray Catena he informed me that they had a new 2018 911 Carrera S coming in that was right where I could afford. He then moved the selling of this over to Josephy Genty and without even seeing my trade he matched what Roslyn was going to give me for it. I really wanted the GTS from Roslyn but we were fighting over another 2000 they wanted me to come up with to get the car. Once the Carrera S came into Ray Catena I quickly went down to check in out and fell in love with the Red Leather interior. The car at 420 HP instead of 450 that the GTS has put me off a little but after driving it I felt I still had enough HP to get into trouble. They were able to give me a nice discount on the new car that made the deal even sweeter. These guys were great to deal with and was like we knew each other already. When going to this dealership I highly recommend seeing Joseph who's great to deal with and will get back to you if you have any questions ASAP. My only issue is the distance from NY I had to travel to get into a Porsche. When I get into another Porsche they will be second on my list to go to. That's only because Roslyn Porsche is still closer and I feel they've learned from their mistake in fighting over 2000 dollar. I've had my Carrera S for almost 3 weeks now and the GTS they were trying to sell me is still sitting there without a buyer. Go Figure :-)

After having worked with Ray Catena and Morris Grysman and being thrilled with the service I received, I had another opportunity to work with them. Ray Catena in general and Morris more specifically were phenomenal. They treated me fairly and with respect. The deal they provided me was very good and Morris kept me apprised of my progress throughout the build progress even making changes to my build on his day off. Thomas worked with me on my purchase of a 911 and trade all via text and email in only a few hours and I never stepped foot in the dealership. I have been happily dealing with Ray Catena Infinity and Ray Catena Mercedes for many long years. The customer service at Ray Catena Infinity and Mercedes has always been exceptional but sadly not so at Ray Catena Porsche! When I tried to schedule my Porsche Carrera 4 for routine service with Ray Catena Porsche it was most disappointing as my attempt to bring my 2000 Porsche Carrera 4 for service was rejected! According to the guy in Service Department who took my call Ray Catena does not service any vehicles below 2007 model year. He didn’t even have the courtesy to recommend an alternate certified service location where my Carrera 4 can be properly serviced! Regardless of model year Porsche Carrera is an elite vehicle that requires the most specialized service that should only be provided by highly skilled and certified technicians! Ray Catena Porsche failed by rejecting my vehicle for service outright and made it even worse by not recommending an alternate location. I found another Porsche dealer that had no issues whatsoever with scheduling my 2000 Carrera 4 for service. It is less convenient for me since this dealership is much further from my home but at least I have peace of mind that my Carrera will get the right treatment. I’m currently in the market for a new Carrera to complement my 2000 classic and I will be sure to purchase my new Carrera at this Porsche dealership rather than Ray Catena Porsche. Ray Catena Porsche should seriously re-evaluate their policy snubbing loyal customers like myself if they honestly care about cultivating customer relationships and how that impacts their future business.

By far one of the absolute best salesman we have ever dealt with, both in terms of professional demeanor, transparency and a genuine joy to work with. We didn’t even bother to look around and we’re quite happy with our purchase, the price was super competitive but it was a no pressure engagement. Our second vehicle was a custom order Porsche, which was very difficult to obtain. After getting a sales pitch from Raj over PMiller Porsche and runaround cross selling me a car I don't want for over 90k > msrp. , had a pleasant phone conversation with Victor here at Ray Catena. Not that Victor could fully help me just yet . He was polite and understood what i wanted on new build and 1st big build w/ Porsche. BTW - they took my call within reasonable timeframe where I waited 2 hrs for the other guy.
