The most ridiculous car service I have ever seen. Did not provide a loaner, made us wait for 4 and a half hours because they went on lunch break. This is my 4th service with them and every single time they have the most pathetic service. Mr Hernandez? Was also extremely unfriendly and rude. I was planning to buy a new Range Rover but will not buy now because of this service area. I will give them Minus 10 if was possible.

We had a great experience. Buying a car is never an easy process having an Autistic tween makes it that much harder. We went to several dealerships and got a cold shoulder from a couple of them. Not fitting the standard profile. At this dealership it felt like the entire team was taking turns helping keep our son busy. JT our sales associate noticed the situation and gave us breaks in between to get him together when not busy, the entire team chipped in with entertaining him so we could do business. To be in Customer Service you need to know how to not only how to treat people but also listen. Vincent helped me not only to buy a 2021 Velar but he also helped me get out of my lease that I was over 3k miles on. He did this effortlessly while minimizing the damage to my pockets. When speaking on our behalf to the bank he negotiated as if he was making the sale for his personal gain. I also want to mention that he accomplished this just by answering a email when me just inquiring about a Range Rover. He understood what the upgrade meant to me and he made it happen. James got right back to me and I put a deposit on it. The car was held for me for over a month. I arrived by train and James picked me up at the train station. Sanchit is awesome. Put a deposit down on a 2022 defender a few months back and picked it up last week. The paperwork was easy and took 20 minutes. He had the truck completely set up for me so all I had to do was drive home. Go to Sanchit if you need a new Land Rover product!

Vincent was the best car salesman we dealt with! And we dealt with a lot of them! We went to Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen, Volvo, Chevy, Subaru, Ford and Lexus! Out of all the people we dealt with Vincent is the only one that put our interest above his own! He put zero pressure on us! He was extremely accommodating as we asked him many many questions about the Range Rover velar! He took us for a test drive and let us try out our car seat in the back and never made us feel uncomfortable at any time! When I voiced to him that my wife simply felt there was not enough room in the back to fit our car seat in the middle “which we prefer, due to safety” and comfortably sit on the side. He simply said I totally understand and told us he wanted us to find a car we are happy with! He went as far as to suggest other non land rover cars in the same price range that were larger and would better suit my family! He is a true gentleman! Vincent Gambardella was a pleasure to work with. I was scouting the market for a new Jaguar XF and Ray Catena Jaguar had the model I was looking for right away, unlike most other dealerships. Vincent reached out via text and managed the entire buying process very smoothly being super responsive and detailed in his follow up. I only had to drop by to pickup the car, and sign the lease. I was in and out within the hour. This has been one of the easiest car buying experience. I definitely recommend asking for Vinny and he will take care of you.

If I could leave a leave zero stars I would. Their service department is the absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. Tony, specifically, is demeaning to women and thinks they have absolute no knowledge of anything regarding cars. Our vehicle sat at Ray Catena after being stolen and recovered for almost 4 months. After months of waiting and dealing with the constant rude and aggressive behavior from Tony, the car was finally done. After driving for a few days, it was noted that the horn did not work. This is an obvious safety issue. When I called Tony again to figure out how we can fix this issue promptly after waiting 4 months for the car, he alluded to that fact that we are no more special than anyone else and had to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment. Really?? I took the car to my own private mechanic thinking it would be a simple fix. Wrong. He told us that there was a short in the steering column and it’s shorting out the relay. The harness was crushed when the car was stolen and never fixed. In short, this means at some point when we were driving the whole steering wheel could have possibly locked up. This crushed harness was also due to the vehicle being stolen and never looked over by the technicians. Tony claimed that due to our impatience they didn't have "time" to run a full inspection on the car. How do you release a vehicle without running a full inspection and blame it on the customer?? Specifically when it comes to the vehicles safety?? Now, Tony won't take the car to fix for another 3 weeks just for the technicians to LOOK OVER the car let alone order the parts, which by the way might take another month. Complete and udder disgust for a service department that works on $100,000 on a daily basis. I would rather drive an hour out of my way to go to Princeton Range Rover before EVER stepping foot in this service department again. I suggest you do the same.

Anthony Demonte was an absolute pleasure to work with for my second car with Ray Catena Land Rover Edison. The team and Anthony were accommodating and knowledgable. Anthony answered all my questions, as many as there were! To make things even more convenient, he delivered my new truck to my house. 10s all around. I put a deposit on this 2022 defender earlier this month and it was delivered to my door today. Some dealers are wanting customers to wait 6-7 months for this vehicle, not here, car came today and delivered to my door today. There were no games despite the huge shortage of vehicles right now, simple as can be deal. Sanchit delivered the vehicle to my door, he should be your go to. No games, simple deal, paperwork signed in 10 mins, total deal took 30. Don't waste time with other sales people or other dealers, save yourself some time and come here. Thank you Sanchit!!

I bought the velar from this location. JT was the sales guy, initally i booked the car online and he returned my inquiry right after. And kept me informed with the car availability. (I did the same thinh with the Parsippany location, after a week i got no call back, zero!) JT was nice and explained to me all functions in the car. I'm very happy with the new car. Only suggestion is try get a car loan elsewhere, the dealership uses Chase, and chase always have a horrible rates compare to other banks.

Worked with Dan Wang to get my mom her first Range Rover, he found her a beautiful Evoque First Edition that came of demo and I got us a great deal. He was very accommodating and patient with us while we made a decision, during such crazy COVID times. I'm really at a loss for where to begin...my husband and I were in the market for a luxury SUV for close to a year! We checked out some vehicles early 2017 before our lease was originally due back but either there were no deals at all on what we liked or we didn't love what we drove, so we extended our current car lease- 3 times! We drove the Range Rover Velar when it first came out and fell in love with it, but again- there were no deals...so we had time to wait and we did. Boy, am I glad we did! We got to work with Jim Mull & he was absolutely amazing. He took so much time with us, understood what we were looking for, was brutally honest and never once made us feel pressured. We had complete open communication with him & at this point, we were in a time crunch that my other lease really had to get back in time & not extended anymore. We walked in on Saturday hoping we would be able to 1) finally get an SUV we loved & 2)also be able to get a good deal on it. Well, we got both & then some. A car that happened to be in stock had even more than what I even thought we would be able to get, is nicer than anything I spent hours customizing and sent to Jim lol & still fit within our budget. Jim knew this was a dream car for me & he really took that into account trying to make the magic happen for us & he really exceeded every expectation we had (and yes, we have high expectations lol)....Needless to say, if you're in the market for a Land Rover or Jaguar, RUN to go see Jim. The experience through and through will blow your mind for all that he does, how responsive he is, how patient he is, how much he knows about all of the vehicles, how hard he will work to get you the best deal & make sure you're happy first and foremost. This was by far an experience unto itself. I can go on & on. If you're still reading this, just stop & go see him! lol

Anthony Demonte was amazing and made purchasing our 2022 Defender so easy/seamless that within a week of purchasing that truck, we decided to trade in our other vehicle for a for a 2022 Evoque! Now I must admit that I have a “Type A” personality and Anthony was patient, professional, and answered every email/phone call in a timely manner. Danny was pretty awesome as well! We will ONLY get our cars from Ray Catena moving forward, and my 8 year old can’t wait until she is old enough to drive so that she can get a car from there as well.

I ordered a Defender with Vinny Gambardella. While waiting for it he kept me updated where the vehicle was, when it showed up at the port he let me know i would be in it very soon. Showed up at the Edison store he sent me pic and we worked everything out over the phone, price , bank, insurance. Came in to the store the following day and 40 minutes later im driving home. Couldn’t be happier. Great guy on his game!!He understood time is precious. We will be going back to buy another in the future 100%
