Mary in asset recovery is not an honest person. When they failed to process a payment, that was set for automatic payments, they doubled the payment on the last transaction. When I called to investigate the payments, she told me she attempted to call and left a voicemail to let me know that the payment was declined on the last auto-pay date. Not only was there no payment ran through on my account on that date (verified through my bank, which she told me she did twice), there is also no call log nor voicemail from cal-tenn on that date. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this business and Mary speaks to people in a very condescending tone. Don't try to put blame on innocent people when you're the one at fault.

Charles at cal-Tenn is absolutely amazing. He is professional and Real. Life has obstacles and he understands that and will do everything he can to help you! I was at risk (high) of losing my vehicle due to banking issues... after dealing with a not-so-nice girl with them... I was able to finally get back to Charles and resolved the issue within 24 hours. This is how it should be! Sometimes collectors fail to take into account that they themselves and sometimes need understanding and a helping hand. I got that and more with Charles. He is a commodity.

They are extremely slow and not friendly or coopertive. It took my son 5 hours to get a release of his car so he could pick it up. I do not recommend them at all. They are horrible to do business with!!

This company is a crock, they are illegally buying loans, they have no Triple OC License to buy or sale cars in Texas, they are crooks and not a legal company.

I love working with these people they have a great team

Don't talk to the woman Mary if you want any real help. She uses the virus as an excuse to get out of any work. Have any questions about your contract? She says, we working from home. Need to verify interest paid for 2020? She says, we working from home sir, you gonna have to figure that out for yourself. I asked her if she had a supervisor I could speak to. You guessed it, hahaha! We working from home sir. I guess that means they get to do whatever they want. Don't even know why they bothered to pick up the phone.

People are friendly just be aware of 25% int rate
