I just received my 'clear to close' for property I am buying in Nashville. I will have to say this whole process has been very smooth and with very little stress. This was the absolute worst experience we have had with a lending company. My wife and I have bought several houses, and we've never had so much trouble closing on a property. The lack of communication between Kurtis and his team had caused several delays in our closing, issues with money, and then we were told, "we have many other clients that are waiting too." Overall, I would not recommend this mortgage to anyone I know.

Shane is the first loan officer that I have worked with in my 9 years of being a Realtor that truly helps clients and works extremely hard to get loans closed quickly and on time. He doesn’t sugar coat anything which is exactly what I look for in working with a loan partner. He can get hard loans closed quickly and doesn’t back down when issues come up. He tackles issues and keeps pressing forward. Communication skills are amazing! He answers the phone and emails promptly.

Best mortgage company ever. We bought our house and financed it through Lending Hand almost two years ago and just refinanced it at less than 3%. Lending Hand took care of all the details and made it an easy process to go through, more than any of the other mortgage companies my wife and I ever worked with (which is about 10 others over the years). We started looking at refinancing at a lower rate last year but the appraisal didn't come in at an amount that allowed us to save a lot on payments so we decided to wait for some circumstances to change. 6 or so months later rates dipped a little and we got a much better valuation on the property so we moved forward and saved almost 20% or $450/month on payments. Every step of the way, Kevin Kenerson and his team (including Allison Runnels) took care of all the details , making the process easy and painless. Love the service and wouldn't use anyone else. If you're looking for a good company to work with on financing (or re-financing) your home, you can't go wrong with Lending Hand and my wife and I give them our highest recommendation.

LHM has been a true blessing to my family. I contacted Jim with little hope that my wife and I would actually get anywhere with purchasing a home. However, Jim's dedicated work proved both of us wrong. During the entire process Jim always responded to question very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough through the entire process.
