I came to advance Financial to get approved for a loan and everything worked out great the whole staffing team was wonderful Recommend to anybody go see Mike

This company is awful! I wrote a check to a contractor that they cashed when I found out that the contractor never finished the job and did additional damage to the house. So I stopped payment on the check and contacted AF. They assured me that the money owed would be billed to the contractor, that I owed nothing and not to worry about it. Then on Saturday they sent me a certified letter telling me that I had to pay $1300 within 10 days or they would take me to court. I called them just now and the agent admitted that he spoke with me 7 months ago and deliberately did not make any notes on the record. I am filing a complaint with the state as well and anywhere else that I can. I am not even a customer nor do I have an account with Advance Financial

My wife and I came in for a loan and the girls at this store were so sweet. Lindy and Jessica helped me set up a loan and it took less than 20minutes. I got approved for more than I needed and they really considered our situation and made it as easy as possible. I would highly recommend this store over the others. Thank you so much for your help

I visited this location with a family member who was going to get a loan. The service we received was amazing! One of the teller's, I believe her name was Maggie, was very helpful throughout the entire process and ensured we understood everything. We had so many questions and she was able to assist in every single one. Amazing location and helpful staff!

Had great amount of difficulty with my debit card. Was there greater than 3 hours. Kenzie and Elizabeth were of great assistance and patient. Very pleasant and outgoing. Mafe the experience a positive one.

Evelyn IS the best. I never been here before and she was so kind and walked me through every step. Helped me understand and broke everything so even a simpleton like myself could understand. Will come only to this location only if she's here She needs a raise TBH.

This store use to be really under staffed, but now I never have to wait. The new people here are friendly and uplifting. If you had a bad experience before you should give them another try! Me and my friend always cash our checks here after work and the service is always great.

Jesssica was awesome to me and treat me right !! The other times I been I got treat like trash but she knows how to treat her people and that’s the only reason why I go to that store and not another one I had a great time talking to her she sweet and beautiful

Went in to this store to cash a check and when I say Jasmine and Kenny were the sweetest and most professional two individuals I have EVER encountered at any Advance Financial. I really appreciate their courtesy and nice attitudes. Great Job Jasmine & Kenny.... You two ROCK!!

I go in to this advance financial at least 2-3x a week. Being a car dealership on Gallatin Pike S this is the most convenient location located near me so I am constantly going in for their FREE money orders and they also help me with other services. Let me tell you, their customer service is AMAZING! I ask for so much when I go in, and the representatives at the desk are always kind and extremely patient when dealing with me, especially Jessica! Thanks so much.

The whole team at this location are always very helpful and happy to help me. I am a regular customer here and know all of the employees names by heart and as they know mine. Jessica (the store manager) and her team Jackie, Lindy, Jose, Nely, Evelyn, and Alaina need to be given kudos for all that they do.

I came in to the store to apply for a flex loan and the customer service I received from Evelyn was above and beyond!! She was running the store by herself on a busy Sunday afternoon and never made me feel as if she had forgotten me!!! I then had to come in the day after and Evelyn, Vanica, and Freddy had me ready to walk out before I walked in!!! Awesome service! Thanks Guys!

Dominique Wright at 215 Gallatin Pike is an amazing customer service rep, I took my mom in there for services and she was so helpful and very patient. I will definitely refer others to this location with such great customer service skills.

Charlie is so professional....and she customer friendly...She is definitely a role for future role models having deal with many people from all walks of life. She also educates customers about all the Advance Financial has to offer. And she is true example of public relations and looking to see her do more with promoting Advance in the future.
