Would not recommend. Was told to come in, when I called and explained what items I had. Right when I walked in, the lady literally didn't even let me put the items down. She just rudely said, we aren't taking any of that. Even after talking to someone different on the phone, this was unacceptable. People shouldn't be treated like this. Will not be back

This was my first time ever pawning anything and I had a great experience. The associate, Cornelious was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be returning to the store in the future.

You will never find me at another pawn shop thanks to Tony Castillo. He has provided excellent service again and again. He goes above and beyond to provide quality customer care. Let it be known this man deserves a raise. 10/10 recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I can't believe that I waited this long to write this review. I would give 20 stars if I could. I absolutely can say that I trust these people. Tony is the best salesperson in this industry. He is always friendly, sincere, helpful, and very good with his offers. Vanessa will definitely take care of all your needs. She is the best. Now all she has to do is get more rope gold chains in! I always leave with a smile on my face! Keep up the good work!

This was our first time in this store. We just went in to pawn a couple knifes. Berry's pawn had told us they weren't interested in them so we took our business to Easy Pawn. We we're welcomed and treated like important customers by Vanessa, the store manager. She gave us what we ask for on them. And also gave us a deal on 2 other things we found to buy. They had very good prices & alot to choose from. This is by far my favorite pawn shop now.

I dropped in this location this past Saturday and was instantly greeted by Vanessa with the most cheerful attitude! Her customer service is absolutely the BEST! I was shopping for shoes and not only did she help me find exactly what I needed but made me feel at home the entire time. I recommend this location to anyone and is the BEST in the Nashville area!!
