Really really wanted to form a relationship with this dealership. My first call was handled by a really sweet young lady who was informative and personable. Things took a terrible turn immediately after that. I submitted the finance application three times. Each time, I called, spoke to Thomas and was told that my app hadn't come through. After picture messaging him the completed app, I stopped hearing from anyone. Today, day 3 of this process, I received an apologetic call describing system issues and was told that my application would be processed immediately. This was around 10:30 this morning. It is now after 3 pm and I have called four times today. My last phone call was answered by Thomas at 3:30 as requested on my previous call to give them more time. He just told me that he was still putting it in even though the woman I spoke to around 1 said the they were just waiting on one more lender. When I inquired about that, he HUNG UP IN MY FACE WITHOUT WARNING and now no one seems to hear the phone ringing. Over it. This process has been harder than trying to check on my tax refund and now for this person who I have shown NOTHING but respect to, has disrespected me before I could even become a customer. I feel like I just dodged a HUGE bullet. Guess first impressions are not always indicative of the service you'll receive.

We were looking for a first car for our daughter and wanted dependable and good value. We found both. Thanks to everyone that worked with us on our new car. My daughter was so happy. This was such a great experience, it was fast and easy. I look forward to doing future business with you.

I am always greeted when I walk in the door with these folks. They are good to their customers, and business associates. I do business with a lot of different car lots, and all the sales staff here are genuine, good people. I have seen them work hard with people in order to meet their needs. They seem to have a deep understanding about their customers circumstances, whatever they may be. I have seen them work hard with financing to make sure they have the right car and budget for their clients. That is a rare gem in the car business. That is a win win for the customer! Keep up the good work guys!

Loved my experience there. The manager was very nice and helped me find what I was looking for. Highly recommended if you are looking to find a vehicle with no hassle.

I give them a 3 out of 5 for now because I'm in a great car but didn't tell me all the issues it have yet alone haven't fixed any problems that actually need to be fixed for someone to only have a vehicle for not even a month yet. Amanda have been working with me so far but the car needs work on before it can even be reliable. Love the car but need work done on it that shouldn't be happening for someone that just got a 2013 vehicle. Once things get settled I will happily give them a 5 star. But for now it's a 3.....

I bought a car form them and have not had any issues. They are a good company too work with and they work with you. I love Carrite they are good people seriously. So if your interested in buying a car then go here first please with a a down payment and they do look at credit checks but nothing too bad.

Jason Rogers and the gang are amazing! Have dealt with so so many problems at other dealerships and their lack of concern for my being on a 1099 and OK credit. They worked with me and got a bank to work with me. Finally! Decent people in this world. I love this staff so much! I can’t tell you. I purchased a car from them June 2, 2021 a (2016 Ford escape royal blue) they have had my car the whole month of June really every time I pulled off their lot my car broke down they called themselves fixing the problem and gave me two loaner cars off their lot that was also no good. Now I just got off the phone with an auto service mechanic business and they told me the CarLot sold me a lemon the engine/motor is no good it’s all bad I’m very sad in upset my own hard earn money going down the drain $1,545 I’ve also missed days of work do to me not having my car I say just throw the whole car lot away my money just gone n the car lot don’t even care

Jason is very nice to everyone and goes the extra mile. He will do the best to get everyone financed and the best deal. He is very pleasant to work with, always has a smile on face. I would recommend this dealership and Jason to anyone.
