Brick City Title Insurance Agency, Inc Ne 25th Ave, Ocala

I was the buyer, and the seller selected Brick City Title. My professional opinion of said company can be described as follows: insufficient attention to detail, error-ridden, irresponsible, lack of accountability, non-responsive, negligent, disrespectful, inconsiderate, adversarial, unhelpful, untrustworthy, slow at processing, excuses-excuses, and unacceptable customer service!

Used this company. I was told by my agent seller chooses title co. I don't think that is true. When sold my home was not given choice. I closed end July 21 have yet to get title ins after calling every month. reason is covid. I paid for something they have not provided. after more than 3 months. I want the copy of my insurance policy.

My daughter and I posted a negative review for Brick City Title Insurance Company about a month ago. We have since learned we made a huge mistake with our criticisms, and I am trying to make it right with this review . My daughter has already corrected her review . Yes Brick City made an error Which they corrected. We misunderstood the law and refused to pay them . They had already paid the past due taxes for us . Now some years later we learned we were wrong and I commend Brick City for working with us at this point . I gladly change my review to 5 stars .

I want to repudiate my prior criticism of Brick City Title Company which was based on my misunderstanding. Angered by what was then my belief, I failed to communicate which created more of a problem. Having subsequently acquired a correct understanding, I retract my criticism and thank Brick City for having promptly and properly made a payment on my behalf. I am happy to give them 5 stars now!

Brandie, Erica, Gina & Erin provide excellent service! Completely professional, willing to go the extra mile. Can't say enough about Brick City Title!

Don't expect to receive communication from Brick City Title. I won't even say good communication but from day one of working with them, I had to be the one constantly requesting information and staying on top of them to do their jobs, beginning with the survey that they were supposed to request but a week passed and they had not. They failed to send us the closing statement and the wire transfer instructions before the fact, and several days after our closing they still have not sent me the final closing documents or a copy of our survey which I just heard from the surveyor was completed. I'll be so grateful when we're done them and I pray we never have to go through Brick City again!

Used this title company for a closing. Never have I experienced such an entitled company. Please be weary when choosing your company turn times are ridiculous. Customer service is close to or non existent

They unprofessional and unwilling to do there side of the work. They want everyone else to do it for then even if it is could being ethical questions.

Brick City Title help me every step of the way with my sale by owner. The staff was helpful and professional every step of the way. Thank you Brick City!
