Very irresponsible people. I dropped a FedEx overnight package and I have my receipt from this store. I asked before dropping it there if FedEx had passed for the day, they say it will be taken by 4pm that day. I called the next day because it was not received and they said the package was still there and they didn’t know why it was not taken. The “suggested” that I needed to call FedEx because it was not their responsibility. And they don’t care about it. Literal words. How can that be? Absolutely horrible way to handle business, this is the second time this happened. I won’t be doing any business in here again and I Don’t recommend this to anyone.

This place is Awesome!! I had a large box in my car that I was dreading taking to the post office because its in a busy area with little parking. I just happened to be in the Jasmine strip mall going to another store when I spotted the Shipping Post. What a pleasant surprise. They were helpful, welcoming and very friendly, and there is plenty of parking!! When I have packages that need to go to different shippers (e.g. UPS and Post office), I will by pass going to those places individually and just go to the Shipping Post to ship all of my packages from ONE location. They also have other services there like Notary, Document Services, Loan Closings, Mailbox Rentals, a Computer Kiosk and Passport Photos.

I go here for all of my personal and business shipping needs. Always a great experience. Truly one stop shopping! I have used them for USPS, FEDEX, UPS, and much more including notary service, faxing, buying envelopes.

I absolutely adore Holly. You get great service, and always a friendly smile. They exceed expectations every time. I highly recommend using this store for all of your shipping needs.

First time visiting since the new owners took over. Store is super clean, employees are friendly and efficient. Will definitely return for all my shipping needs.

Had the worst experience recently. Shipped a script for my wife’s niece on 10/5/21 and told the lady that I wanted three day shipping to Hawaii. Three days later Tracking shows it is sitting in Orlando. I called this representative and she said her computer showed 3 day s and she said to call Fedex it is their responsibility. She shipped it ground instead of express, and so this is where Fedex did screw up I asked them to stop it and send it back to me., so I could resend it overnight.Twice I was told it was stopped which it wasn’t stopped until it was in Honolulu,which I said ship it through to the destination. They said they couldn’t and it was on its way back to me.Now I won’t receive it until 10/22/21. This was a prescription for a health problem and no pharmacy in Hawaii or California could get it and she is now out and the local pharmacy can’t refill it without a doctors script . I would not recommend this place or give them any business

After getting back into my vehicle & leaving Shipping Post Plus, I received a phone call from Holly that my wallet was found outside the store, in the rain. She took the initiative to call and inform me and hold it. If not, I would have been at home scrambling through my vehicle and pockets unaware due to my carelessness. so I was highly appreciative not only of her great customer service, but the kind gesture as well when she didn’t have too. We need more of that in the world, Thank you Holly!

Great place been going there for several years now the first owners were amazing and you can ship anything from there they have supplies and everything you need. New owners are friendly their staff is very nice and very helpful I'm giving it three stars because they charge for tape,the other owners didn't charge. Other than that an A+ they did go down in price it used to be a $ 1for tape now it's $0.50

Nice place.Convenient if you don't want to go all the way to the post office to drop off packages. If you have any issues they do try their best at resolving them.

Fedex lost my package. I was reimbursed for the insurance and shipping charges after 4 weeks of filing the claim. .Shipping post kept part of my refund for freight. ????? So, they charged me for my loss. Seems unfair.
