Such nice place, management is cool, but not much selection due to all these chip shortages and COVID. Start it with rough but sales guy were nice and he manage the whole detail operation before hand us a key. It was impressed that he actually spend quite a time to explain everything about the car to my son(driver), which makes me(buyer) appreciated.

I'm new in town and my wife needed an oil change so we thought call the local dealer. We did and what an awesome experience. Brian was my service advisor and explained my choices on the extra work they found. There was no pressure to get all the work done that day and I will be back for the rest of work. Beware Beware, I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran if they did this to me they will do it to you, I went to buy this car for my wife last night, she test drove it and liked it when we went to talk price, the Dealer jacked the price up $10,000. dollars, I was in shock, I showed him this picture and asked if this was the same vehicle, he told me yes but if you read the small print we can up the price, (sounds like price gouging to me), He then said to me, look I have 4 of these cars and we are not going to make a deal and said we are done here stood up and said I'll sell these cars within a few days, Hey Kevin I think you need more training on how to deal with people. Jenkins Kia of Ocala should be ashamed of themselves! We walked out!

I came to this dealership last Sunday . I wanted a very specific vehicle , a set amount to pay monthly and a set amount to put down . Anthony A. greeted me as soon as I stepped out the car . He listened and tried his best to get me exactly what I wanted . He worked with Juan in getting me the best deal . Juan and Anthony were professional and courteous. We only had one hiccup of the car having a check engine light and needing to be serviced the same night I was driving home with it . I live an hour and 30 minutes away so I had to drive the vehicle back the very next day to get serviced and they provided a loaner and then had to drive back again to pick it up when it was ready . Only having bought it a day before . But I would still recommend them .

Came to Jenkins KIA with a plan. Looking at either a lease or buying a new car. After getting a very fair price for my trade-in. My salesmen Michael G. and I looked over the numbers for a lease on a Sportage. When that was not to my liking, we went the other direction and worked out a deal on a new 2022 KIA Soul. Never any pressure or harassment. It was all business with Michael and Manager, which is how I like it. Not there to make new friends, just business. Serious, Professional and it all worked out. Got the car I wanted, at a good price, in the color I wanted. Very Satisfied. Michael G. deserves a lot of credit.

I had a stress free and pleasant experience at my service appointment yesterday at Jenkins Kia Ocala. Cristina Rosario, my Service Advisor, was very helpful keeping me updated on the status of my car. She is a pleasure to work with. Only down side:. No Coca Cola in the pop machine. ❤️

The staff is always nice but service is next to impossible. They hardly ever have availability in the next two weeks for an oil change. We have tried many times to guesstimate and schedule it a few weeks out but it often forces us to be a few thousand miles over in the summer months. The latest one will easily be 1,500 miles over when we come back at the end of June. When you buy the car, they make it sound so easy to get service but the truth is you have to cancel your plans and schedule around thier limited availability. Not sure I woukd ever buy again from this location.

Came to buy a new car cash ready and we were blatantly ignored. Went into the show room and walked all the way through and we were greeted by nothing but people looking away from us and people sitting inside of the cars on their phones. We came at a time when the site said they weren't busy I would have expected at least aknowledgment. Overall experience we felt unwelcome and ended up leaving very disappointed.

Christopher Record was my GO-TO! In February, I purchased a 2019 Kia Forte from a Honda dealership (fell in love w/ it), but when the tornado hit two weeks after I purchased the car - I was left w/ a total loss, no money down, no trade in and Capital One wouldn’t finance me again so soon after the claim. After 2 months of a long drawn out insurance pay out process - I walked into Kia w/ no hope whatsoever. Christopher was able to get me around the monthly payments I would accept + GAP included, and for the first time ever: I walked out of a dealership under 3 hours with a brand new 2022 Kia Soul LX straight off the dang showroom floor, never had hit the streets till I got “her”! Awesome staff, environment all around, even Kia’s service center was phenomenal!

I am leasing a Kia Niro and received an offer from the dealership to trade it in early (before the lease is up) for a new car. I went in to talk details and walked out with my new Kia Niro EX! My salesman Brian was extremely helpful and professional, not pushy. Also Thomas in finance department was awesome and so helpful. I feel like I got a really great deal! I love that the Niro gets such amazing gas mileage, but mostly it helps me feel better about doing my small part for the planet. Highly recommended!

I dropped my car off at 7am 5/17/22, by the time my driver got there from my work place (which is just down the road) and I got to work he was texting to say my car was done at 7:53 am. Just bought the truck I was looking for at a Kia dealership. Got it for the price I wanted but what impressed me the most was the service AFTER the sale. There was an issue that I hadn't noticed when I bought it and I brought it to their attention and they fixed it without hesitation. Anyone can sell a vehicle but the service after shows integrity. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealer. The 90 day 3k mile warranty they give with their used vehicles also gives peace of mind. Maranda was unusually helpful before and after the sale. Some of the crew not even involved with the sale helped out, great team work. Thanks to Joe and Ryan for taking care of issues after the sale.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Jenkins Kia in Ocala, FL. I was welcomed and treated very well. Fabio and Tim and was absolutely amazing! They treated me like family. We had great conversations and learning lessons. They answered my questions openly and honestly, took the time with me to not only teach me how to use the features on my new 2021 Kia K5, but also walked through each line of my sale to help me save a couple bucks. I have exactly what I wanted and could not have asked for a better experience. Thank You Jenkins Kia!!! Update from August 2,2021 It took this establishment 4 months for them to finally get the bank to accept my trade in or something. They basically ruined my credit score and had this report go on my credit. Also don’t buy a maintenance plan if you plan on moving in the future cause you can ONLY use it in that dealership. I don’t recommend Kia at this point, all dealerships in Florida give rude customer service..

26 years only with an 8% interest rate on a 2020 Kia. Had down payment money all they did was run credit and I was approved. Took my 2012 Nissan out my hands, wasn’t worth much but they game me a pretty good value for it. Process did not take all day & I will forever love my car. They did great at giving me what I was looking for. Employees could be more friendly I was 25 at the time and going in for oil changes and things has been a little unwelcoming. In the end they have great personalities not sure why..

No haggling, no pressure. I arrived with a specific used Kia Soul in mind. I was asked if I wanted to consider a new one. When I declined due to it being out of my confortable price range there was no additional pressure. Staff was friendly, my car is great. Overall very satisfied so far.

Made an 8:30 appointment for a recall which was told it’s not a recall after receiving a letter in the mail that my lights were on for recall purposes. Get to Kia wait 2 hours for them to run just a diagnostic test get charged 90 for that and then they try asking me if I want to pay 500 for a wheel sensor. Could have run diagnostics at an auto parts store for free and it would have took 10 mins. No one even walked out to talk over the two hour period. Will not be coming back to this place.

Let me start off by saying the people working there in general were very nice and professional. BUT...I was looking into trading in my 2020 Dodge Journey for something bigger. We found out real quick after a trip up north with the current one it was too small for a family of 5. So we spoke to someone over the phone with Jenkins Kia and he got all my information over the phone, spoke to a manager and told us that he could get us into what we were looking at. My husband asked him 3x that he was sure he could get us into what we wanted and the man on the phone stated yes. I even asked, I told him I'm not coming all the way out there if I cannot get into anything. He stated that it was a done deal and I was good! So we traveled all the way to Ocala (almost an hour) thinking we were just going to finish all the paperwork and get our vehicle! Well lets just say it never happened. After speaking and working with someone else they stated that they could do a trade for the one I have to the one I want and wanted $10,0000 down! Yes, that is correct $10,000 DOWN! Are you kidding me! Like I would have that kind of cash! Mind you I was trading for a USED 2020 Armada! It had more miles than the one I have and was AS IS with a limited warranty! I will not be stepping foot back into that dealership again! I do not like being lied to! They can keep their vehicles and I will just keep the one I have and make accommodations to the one I have to make traveling more comfortable.

"Attitude reflects Leadership" My wife and I were traveling across country and back in our 2020 Kia Sorento. We had a Service Collision Warning system light on and it was disabling the side mirror warning and sensors on vehicle my wife and I 'Use Often' as features on this vehicle. We total drove 2,600 miles in less than a week. I dropped my wife's Sorento off and spoke to the check in advisor who was thorough and very helpful. Then got signed in with Service Advisor Gage Ball. It needed a software update. We had to get back on the road and with little notice I had our vehicle back within maybe 2 hours. Thank you to the Owner, the General Manager, The Service Manager, thank you Especially Gage and whomever the Automotive Technician was that serviced the vehicle.

Really REALLY grateful for the service department. They were closing early today due to the holiday but was able to squeeze us in to fix our trunk latch issue. We’re from out of state and were planning to head home tomorrow when we discovered our trunk wouldn’t close. 1 frantic call later and they squeezed us in at the close of the day. They were all super nice about it too! Would definitely come back if we lived in the area!

I had a great experience with Matt and Pete. Both were friendly and not pushy like your typical sales persons. I came in told them what I wanted and got what I wanted. They did put a more realistic view on my purchase with the negative equity I carried over from my previous vehicle(bucket on wheels). I have always loved the Kia Soul, started looking in 2018. Recently stopped by the dealership in Ocala just to see what they had. My salesperson Heather was awesome, she was able to match me up with a used 2020 with low mileage. We went for a test drive :) SOLD. My finance fella was just as good, explained all the different items in a way I could understand. Since 2018 I have gotten emails occasionally from Jenkins just "touching base with me" to see if I was still possibly interested. I am so glad I did go to Jenkins Kia of Ocala. Courtesies service, great customer waiting area and knowledgeable personal. However they always try up up sell me on service for instance my brake pads due for replacement also they recommend new rotors. The total came to $425 that's pretty steep for a car with 60,000 miles and regular service.

This is just my personal experience, Amy at the online dept. sent me the car details with a price tag of $45k and then when I went to the dealership the next day it was $60k! What happens is that it's the 2023 Kia Carnival Prestige and it's they only one in Ocala, so they think they can charge more for that. Don't they know we have Orlando and Tampa in less than 2 hrs? I don't think is fair to play with people's time to make you go there, and then they just say "read the disclaimer at the bottom", which said the price might change based on market value. Can a car value increase $15k in less than 24 hrs?

We took our Kia Soul in for an oil change. Nice people , very clean . When I got home we took a second look at the bill , 5 quarts of oil at $7 a quart. Not overly expensive but the car only holds 3.8 quarts. 😖😖😖 I appreciate accurate documentation especially with a vehicle model with known oil consumption issues. Either too much oil was added or we were over charged. I’m not angry about it but geeezzzz. If it takes 3.8 quarts of oil than up charge to 4 quarts, not 5 Update : after a call to service they explained the charge is for up to 5 quarts. They adjusted our documentation but some Cracker Jack lawyer will argue that engine failure was caused by too much oil added as the Documentation suggests.

The sales experience was fantastic. The ridiculous prices and excuses were a joke. 45000 for a near base Sorento is laughable. My salesman tried to to blame prices on Kia corporate. There is a reason they don't post prices on the website. Don't play the game.... don't buy. Buy some food before it's too late.

DON'T BUY HERE. I don't know if they are incompetent or just flat out unethical liars. I called on Monday to buy a car online. Kayla and David helped me work out the deal. I was happy until David couldn't find the keys or the car! It turned out that the car was loaned out two weeks ago. They promised to get it back. Days went by. No communication unless I called them. Can't reach Kayla. Her voicemail is always full. David said he was going to look at inventory then call me back and he never did. I called on Saturday and talked with a Wan (?). He claimed to have looked into it, claimed to have gotten the car back that day within a few hours and wanted me to drive 93 miles one way to the dealership. I said to text or email me proof that the car was actually there. He said he would and never did. On Sunday, a woman called and asked why I didn't show up. I said the same thing to her. She said she would text or email me proof and she never did either. I'm not falling for bait and switch tactics. STAY AWAY from any Jenkins dealerships. We had a horrible experience with Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland when we were looking for a Frontier pickup. They lied too. We ended up buying elsewhere for both the truck and car.

Read the fine print before making the trip. Be sure to add about $12-$15K above list price to whatever you expect to pay based on the price posted online. If the vehicle cost $35K, expect to pay approximately $50K. "Tax, Title, Tags"....(all normal) Jenkins Value Package ($2,863) and Dealer Fee ($999)....(also normal but high. You generally see one or the other and they don't usually add up to $4K). Market adjustment from $2999-$9999 based on model not included in vehicle prices shown and must be paid by the purchaser." (This is where they really get you. Its that one last jab at you hard earned dollars just because they can. On the other hand, the lady who answered the phones was super nice.

Went To Jenkins Kia Back In October 2021 To Service My 2020 Hyundai Due To Jenkins Hyundai Being Booked Up For Service. Mind You I Usually Service My Vehicle At Jenkins Hyundai Due To That’s Where I Purchased My Car And Have A Service Package Through Jenkins Hyundai As Well. The Service Was Good And Speedy And I Was Grateful They Could Service Me At Short Notice. The Only Complaint I Have Is I Mistakenly Forgot My Capital One Card In View, I Made Sure I Removed All Other Cards. I Didn’t Think Twice When I Got My Car Back Out Of Service I Brushed It Off Due To Jenkins Kia Being A Reputable Company. I Never Use This Card I Just Keep It For Emergencies. Never The Less Later On That Night I Started Receiving Text Messages And Emails From Capital One Stating Transactions Made On Card That Appeared Fraudulent. I Honestly Thought I Was Getting Fraudulent Text And Emails Because I Never Use Card So I Ignored Them For A Couple Days. I Decided To Call Capital One After My Card Limit Had Been Maxed Out And Continuous Alerts. After Contacting Capital One My Card Had Been Used For Multiple Online Purchases. Again I Don’t Ever Use This Card And The One Time I Leave It In View I Get Fraudulent Activity. Capital One Did Investigate Reimburse Me My Full Balance And Sent Out A New Card. Moral Of The Story Don’t Leave Anything Of Value In Car During Servicing Not All People Have Integrity And Make Good Decisions.

Parts department is a joke at this So-called Dealership! I placed an order a month ago and each time I call a different person tells me a different Lie. The lady in parts today giggled and laughed stating you know how it goes and laughed about it. I have had to call their three different times in a month & ask what the status on my order. What a joke. You would think they would want to sell parts. What happened to Customer Care? People in the Parts Department are pitiful.

Please do your homework and research before dealing with them. Shop around at various Kia dealerships before going all in here.Their Market Selling Value Price is way over the MSRP price on new vehicles. They are out to make lots of money and rip you off. I was quoted 41k for Kia Seltos S model with a MSRP of 23.4K. Friendly Kia in New Port Ritchey quoted me 30k out the door for the exact same model car with a MSRP of 23.7k and a Kia dealership in Jacksonville quoted me 29.6k out the door. If you're willing to drive a hour or two, you will most definitely save 7-9k on a new Kia. Do your homework and review their documents!!!!

Most recent visit update, was good experience. Made an apt, was fixed in timely manner not overly priced. Thanks. old visit below Short story: I was charged $100 diagnosis fee after waiting an hour to get my car out of limp mode. The receipt says fixed but it was not. I immediately went back and they said it would require $1100 to get it out of limp mode. I immediately went to a small family owned shop who was able to clear the code in 10 minutes for free. They also offered the same repairs for cheaper when i get the money. I went to Kia because I saw over 300 good reviews but my first experience there was not at all pleasant and i felt like they were trying to get as much money from me as possible. One of them even offered to buy my car so I could but a new one while I was sitting in the waiting room. On the up side, they were all friendly otherwise and took my car in to look at fairly quickly. Have food and beverages in waiting room. Clean friendly atmosphere.

I went in today to purchase a used 2020 Kia Rio and I spoke with a sales rep named Taylor. Taylor was very thorough and made sure to explain everything that was going on very clearly. This was my first car purchase and he made sure that I knew what I was getting in to and listened to any questions/concerns that I had. Pete (finance/building manager) was also extremely helpful when explaining the financial side of buying the car. He made sure to go over all the documents with me to ensure that I knew what was going on and what I would be purchasing. Honestly the poorest experience car shopping I had ever had. They started at an already above market price which I expected. Afterwards, they had 6k in "add-ons" you can not remove. Never in my life has a Kia Forte cost 41k. On top of that, after not being able to come to a deal, their sales manager Mike Norris came out just to be hyper aggressive and afterwards threatening my job as I politely asked to just have the key to my trade in back. That behavior should not be rewarded. The GM brushed it off as it was nothing to be concerned about, so I contacted Kia corporate to make them aware of how their brand is being represented. No car dealer had talked to me the way I was spoken to that day, and I was appalled. I can accept not being able to get a car that day, as numbers do not always add up. The line was drawn by the way I was treated when I was ready to go. All in all, if you enjoy being bullied into buy an overpriced car you don't want, Jenkins is for you. It is time to let go of the 90's car buying style guys. There is a reason CarMax and Carvana is becoming more popular. Otherwise if you can buy from somewhere that is not Jenkins, do so.

Had a bad experience. Spoke with a manager and confirmed a price. Then when I got down there they gave a price nearly 2K above what was confirmed on the phone. After insisting they honor the price confirmed, they finally came down within 400 but refused the last bit. At the end I walked out with a bad taste in my mouth. To add insult to injury, the sales rep never gave my license back so now I have to wait for shipping or drive back for it. I'd avoid if I were you. Edit: after their customer service/satisfaction branch reached out (evidenced below) they repeated all the same lines I was given at the dealership why they couldn't honor the confirmed price. The next day the customer service manger called back again and finally agreed to honor it, but it was a little too late for me at that point. I purchased elsewhere. I'm tempted to give them a second star since they eventually offered to honor the agreed price, but I shouldn't have had to waste that much time, effort, and talk to so many people for them to just do what they said they would.

The car salesman insulted me. I was paying cash and he asked me if I borrowed the money. Then when I said that I don't do credit, I prefer to pay cash. He then insults me again by saying don't you want to be a homeowner someday. One, I am a homeowner of multiple properties and also capable of working and saving my own money. I feel this salesman made the assumptions based on the color of my skin. These insults were made in less than ten minutes of being there. So, I left. I bought a car cash from AutoMax. They were excellent. The car salesman's name was Pete. Avoid him!!!! I did call and talked to Pete's manager Juan who was very professional and understanding.
