Really big thank you to Krista Tappeiner for assisting me with my loan. I'm a single mother of four and I work the night shift. Krista understood the assignment and made my loan process as quick and easy as possible and I didn't even have to leave my bed. I appreciate her going above and beyond to cater to my needs as a customer and mom.

So bad. I often have no access to anything, not even my account balance. The system is always bugging. Drove all the way to an ATM to see my account balance and even the ATM said the transaction failed and would not give me my account information. My parents used to bank with them and left me with them while sending my brother up with Bank of America. Typical. PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH FLCU!!!!

Excellent staff and services. And this was my daughter's first bank account and they spent probably 45 minutes explaining everything about a bank account the debit cards have banking Works how she can utilize it Etc. I was very surprised that they would spend as much time working on a small thanking setup. I was pleasantly pleased. The bank itself is extremely safe as we vestibule is locked at all times and they buzz you in. The bank itself is clean and easy to navigate. The website is also user-friendly. The fees are excellent.

I would "NOT" get another loan from the FLCU again because I was trying to get in contact with there member who help me get the loan and no response back from the individual, I called the higher up management and they supposedly sent out emails to the manager of the store, still haven't heard from NEITHER one of them and it's been WEEKS and nothing... I try to contact the manager at the store by emails and she haven't responded to my emails or called me back, what kind of mess is this? You're supposed to answer people and help them when they have questions about there loan. I've try to email the FLCU higher up and nothing.. Manager Alissa won't reply to my emails also and another employee. I will not take another loan from them again!!! NOT!!!

Ashly was my customer service rep and she was great from start to finish. Answered all my questions and was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an auto loan or any other services they offer.

I was told very rudely that Florida credit union does not refinance their own auto loans. Weird, because once I refinanced my auto loan to another bank I received a flyer in the mail from Florida credit union saying I could refinance my auto loan. Oh well, I'll just refinance my mortgage to another bank as well. Just take your money elsewhere. Other banks have waaayyy better rates anyway. Bye Felicia😁
